Overview

About the property

Small but perfectly formed - a cosy hideaway in Central London, equipped with everything you will need for your stay in the city. Step out of your front door into the midst of it all - Soho - the city's best restaurants, bars and theatres, all on your doorstep!

The pristinely clean apartment may be tiny, probably the size of your bedroom at home, but it has everything you need - a comfortable bed, a kitchen fully stocked with cooking utensils, induction hobs, iron, ironing board, fridge, modern shower and a caring host! You'll walk out of your front door directly into Soho's buzz. pay a third of the price of the nearest hotel! We like to think the place looks pretty cool too.

I will be available from booking to check out to ensure that you get the most out of your stay in the city. Whether it is restaurant recommendations or housekeeping, I'm here to help.

As for the neighbourhood, step out of your front door straight into the midst of it all, Soho. The city's best restaurants, bars and theatres are your neighbours — Ronnie Scott's Jazz Club, the famous restaurants of Chinatown, The Apollo Theatre, all moments away. Why not take a short walk to The Houses of Parliament, Buckingham Palace, or spend the afternoon watching the street performers of Covent Garden?

You're also just a few minutes walk from Piccadilly Circus (Piccadilly Line and Bakerloo Line) tube station. There are excellent bus links and London's iconic black cabs on every corner.

The apartment is just a few stops on the underground or a short taxi ride to St. Pancras International (Eurostar), as well as being a direct Tube ride from Heathrow.

So cute and such a clever use of space!!

  • 5 of 5

This little place is so cute and such a clever use of space!! Really loved our time here. The location is just great, everything just a short walk away...all you could ever need! The place is obviously small but this was no bother to us..you get what you pay for! Really happy to have a kitchen too because we didn't always want to eat out. Thanks ALEX!!!

Be aware of size

  • 5 of 5

I have no complaints to lodge, and feel that Alex treated me fairly in every way. Just a word of warning to future comers - this is really a very small bedsit. I would estimate total space at roughly 1/2 your average hotel room. I bailed out after two days - just too claustrophobic. I do not believe I was misled in any way. It was just smaller than I had expected.

Owner's Response: Thanks for your review Sam! Just a note to future guests, the photographs represent the reality of the apartment well. The place is indeed small but is impeccably clean and has everything you'll need during your stay, including a well equipped kitchenette. Finding a place this central in London for this price is a very rare thing! All the best.

Amazing location, tiny room :-)

  • 4 of 5

We've stayed for 4 nights, husband and wife. we found the place easily, check-in was smooth. The room is really small, yet had all we need. the bathroom was clean, the kitchenette was helpful. The bed wasn't great, a kind of futon mattress on a metal base, not as seen in the picture. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, and the value for money was reasonable. The host was attentive, we addressed him once, and got an immediate assistance.

Owner's Response: Thanks for your kind review, Ilan - glad you enjoyed your stay. :-) Just a quick note, we've now added a photograph of the new bed to reflect what is currently in the apartment! We replaced the wooden bed with the metal one because we felt it better fitted the style of the flat. To confirm, the bed has a medium-firm mattress and not a futon.

A great location, clean and perfect for a short stay

  • 5 of 5

You cannot beat this location! The flat was so clean and central to everything and anything. Theatres around the corner (check out 'Thriller' if you're a Jackson fan, then walk 50 metres to your temporary 'home'.), Regent Street shopping, and jump on the tube from Piccadilly, a minutes walk from your front door. Granted, it's small but if you go in knowing that, it's a-ok. Alex was very helpful and provided us with all the info we needed in the lead up to the stay. Thanks for a great time in London.

The apartment is very small but also very clean

  • 5 of 5

The apartment is very small but also very clean. Given how busy and central the area is the apartment was very quiet. I would stay again.
