About the property

Quiet and spacious top floor apartment in Soho, the vibrant heart of London.

A spacious penthouse in Soho, the vibrant heart of Central London. Rent from an experienced and reliable owner.

Furnished with statement mid-century pieces by renowned designers such as Kofod Larsen, the newly renovated apartment offers the utilities of a home with all the comforts of a hotel.

The space is on the top floor of the building. It has minimal and thoughtful furnishings, a low bed and open space defined by large sweeping sliding doors - taking inspiration from the ryokan, a traditional form of Japanese inn.

Being newly renovated there are top quality fittings throughout providing everything one could need during their stay in London. These amenities include a dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, bath, hotel-quality mattress, ample space to hang clothes, ironing board, and more.

The apartment benefits from high-speed WIFI.

I will be available from the moment you make your booking to the day you check-out to ensure that you get the most out of your stay in London. Whether it is restaurant recommendations, housekeeping or transport advice, I'm always here to help.

As for the neighbourhood, you can step out the front door of the building straight into the midst of it all, Soho. The city's best restaurants, bars and theatres are your neighbours — Ronnie Scott's Jazz Club, the famous restaurants of Chinatown, The Apollo Theatre, all moments away.

And being less than five minutes walk from Piccadilly Circus (Piccadilly Line and Bakerloo Line) underground station, the rest of London is on your doorstep too. The apartment is just a few stops on the underground or a short taxi ride to St. Pancras International (Eurostar), as well as being a direct Tube ride from Heathrow.

Enjoyed our Stay

  • 5 of 5

The flat was clean and comfortable, open, and offers great natural light. Equipped with everything we needed. It is quite for the most part since it's on the top floor. Only one night could we hear the hustle and livelihood of our surroundings. It wasn't overbearing, and easily drowned out by soft noise machine app on my phone. No complaints. You will also get free complimentary workouts each time you arrive or leave, as there are quite a few stairs to climb to get to the flat.

The location was great. Convenient for dining, entertainment, and access to public transport. Very cool, and central part of town.

Alex was very responsive upon booking, and offered thorough instructions for arrival and check-in. He was even able to accommodate my request for a slightly early check-in which was much appreciated. He also made clear how he could be contacted.

All-in-all a great stay. Would recommend.

was a pleasure!

  • 5 of 5

The flat of Alex was just as clean, spacious and bright as in the pictures. We absolutely loved staying here and would definitely love to book it again for a next trip In London. Alex was also very helpful at anytime we had questions. The apartment is very quiet, even though it is in the middle of a very happening neighborhood, which we loved. Overall a great experience!

Flawless stay in the centre!

  • 5 of 5

This is the third time I have stayed at this apartment since I travel regularly to London for work. The place is always flawlessly clean, Alex takes real pride in his apartments and you can really see the results of that. I had a problem turning on one of the heaters this time and Alex had someone come to take a look at it within the hour. Can't ask for more! Will be back.

Relaxing hideout from the busy city below

  • 5 of 5

The penthouse is a really nice, light and open apartment, feels like a relaxing hideout from the busy city below. Yes, there are a lot of stairs, but this never bothered us. Also top quality appliances really give a great final touch. Alex is always at hand and is a top geezer. Would return for sure.

Just OK

  • 3 of 5

There were two major issues we had with the flat: It was mentioned that it was a walk up. Nowhere did it state that you needed to climb nine stories. The other issue is the bathroom was unfinished. There were neither towel racks or even a toilet roll dispenser.

Owner's Response: Thank you for your feedback - we always appreciate the opportunity to further improve our service! To address your points: The apartment is on the 5th floor, not the 9th. This is obviously still a fair few steps to climb, but once you're there it really is a well designed and pristine oasis of calm, far above the hustle and bustle of the city. Our guests really appreciate how quiet it is up there - it has been referred to as 'the stairway to heaven'! As for the bathroom, there is actually a heated towel rail attached to the wall - just opposite the washbasin! Perhaps you mistook this for a radiator? On your suggestion, we've now fitted a brand new toilet roll holder.

Stay Fit While Enjoying London

  • 4 of 5

This is a lovely apartment in a perfect location to enjoy theatres, restaurants and shopping in central London. The apartment is bright and comfortable and was sparkling clean on our arrival. Just be aware that it is located five - or is it six? - steep flights of stairs from ground level. Hauling suitcases up and down those stairs is difficult - no question. However we enjoyed our stay very much. It is very peaceful and quiet in the flat and yet you are so close to all the activity of the city. The kitchen is not particularly well eqippped and there is no TV - not huge drawbacks but something to take into consideration.
