This apartment - completely renovated in 2016 - is inserted into the "House of the Sea", a special structure which combines a perfect location near the sea promenade of Torre Vado but retaining a certain tranquility by open spaces that surround it. Located in the heart of Salento, one of the most beautiful and suggestive areas of Puglia, the villa is divided into three apartments and can accommodate up to a maximum of 15 guests in a comfortable and relaxing environment.

The apartment is on the ground floor of the building and can accommodate 4/5 persons. It has a large kitchen with bed, two double bedrooms, large bathroom with shower and a large veranda with table and chairs. Next to the villa and in front of the apartment there is a small building which houses a washing machine while outside are hot showers and barbecue grills.
What makes La Casa del Mare one place are the large outdoor areas, which combined with the central location makes this villa a perfect holiday home for a holiday "all Salento"
