The villa Les Longoses is located in a quiet area in a residential area, at the end of an impasse, it was completely renovated in 2016. It has a private tropical garden of 800 m² and private parking.
The villa is classified 3 stars by Atout France, an organization managed by the Ministry of Tourism.
Please note that the villa is intended for 8 people + a baby under 30 months with a maximum of 6 adults.
A large infinity pool with sea view, shared with an adjacent condominium, is located on the side of the villa, it is accessible in a few steps through a gate and is available to tenants and co-owners 24/24, you you can relax there quietly because it is very uncrowded.
The situation is ideal, the marina of Saint-Gilles with its shops (bakery, fishmonger, restaurants ...) is 5/10 min on foot via a path and the edge of the quays as well as the beach of Roches Noires ( equipped with anti-shark nets) and the beach of the breakers (the lagoon, ideal for observing the seabed). The city center is also accessible on foot via pretty wooden bridges in just 15 minutes.
The Route des Tamarins is 5 minutes away, it gives you access to the rest of the island, from East to North, which will facilitate your excursions.
On the large 40 m² veranda overlooking the garden and the sea you will find a dining area for 8 people, deckchairs and a garden furniture set.
The 120 m² house is entirely on one level and very bright, it has a 30 m² living / dining room, an independent kitchen opening onto the terrace, 3 bedrooms, one of which is 20 m², a bathroom with double sinks and walk-in shower, separate WC and a second Balinese-style shower room with walk-in shower and WC.
Wifi is available throughout the house, the big screen TV receives more than 30 channels and telephone calls to landlines and laptops in the meeting and the metropolis are unlimited as well as for a hundred destinations.
All bedrooms are air conditioned and have fitted wardrobes. The bedding is new, the adults' rooms are equipped with high quality mattresses of 160 and 140 cm, made with natural products: cotton, wool and coconut fibers. The last bedroom has a bunk bed, a single bed and an extra drawer bed, all in 90 cm.
For young children a cot with bedding and a mosquito net as well as a high chair and a potty are available.
The linen is provided (sheet, blankets, towels, beach and tea towels).
Dripping watering there are few mosquitoes especially since in the rooms they hate air conditioning, so there is no particular concern to have on this subject.
The kitchen is fully equipped: senseo and electric coffee maker, American fridge with water and ice dispenser, combined oven, 4-burner gas hob, dishwasher and washing machine as well as barbecue and plancha.
You can park the car (s) inside (parking space for 2 cars) or outside the villa.
Many activities are available nearby: diving, surfing, big game fishing, visiobulles, aquarium, catamaran, boat rental, dolphin and whale watching in July-August, paragliding, helicopter, ULM, golf, canyoning, hiking…
RENTAL CONDITIONS:
For the reservation a 25% deposit is required when signing the contract, the balance to be paid 30 days before entering the rental.
A contract will be sent to you upon booking.
For stays of 14 nights or more, a housekeeper will come at the end of each rental week for cleaning and a gardener will be present every week.
These services are included in the rental price.
The cleaning and laundry package at the end of the stay is 80 euro (included in the rental price).
A deposit of 1500 euro will be payable by check on arrival, it will not be cashed and will be returned within 14 days maximum after departure, in the absence of damage or complaints from the neighborhood in the event of non-scheduled evenings allowed. If it is impossible to draw up checks (tenants living abroad), the deposit will be paid in cash on the day of arrival or by bank transfer a few days before.
