Apartment Cusius is a comfortable one bedroom flat consisting of entrance hall, kitchen/diner/living room, bedroom with double bed and a glimpse of lake view, bathroom with shower box. The apartment can sleep up to 4 persons (bedroom with double bed and double sofa bed in the living room) and is equipped with all comforts. Located in a typical period building in the historic center of Orta San Giulio, just a few meters from the lake along the main street that leads to Piazza Motta, it was renovated and newly furnished in 2012, enhancing its charming ancient wooden ceilings and cotto floors. In the apartment you'll find a kitchen with 4 burner hob, microwave, convection oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, provided with dishes, glasses, cutlery, pans and kitchenware. The living room is furnished with double sofa bed, table, chairs, Full HD LED TV, satellite receiver, DVD player, HI-FI system. Bedroom with double bed, bedside tables, mirror and wardrobe with sliding doors, provided with bed linen and bedding. Bathroom with sink, toilet, bidet, shower box, washer dryer and hair dryer, provided with towels. The flat is equipped with WI-FI internet connection and independent heating. You'll also find a vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board, detergents and cleaning products. Cot and highchair available for free on request. Our welcome guests will be granted a car place in a covered parking 200 m away (2 minute walk). Please note: since being an ancient building, there is no lift and the access can be uncomfortable for those with walking difficulties. Pets are not allowed. Our apartment is designed for non-smokers. We require our guests the signing of a rental contract.

agréable appartement en plein centre

Appartement très propre et situé en plein centre. Parking couvert à proximité du logement. Village charmant et tranquille avec la possibilité de se baigner dans le lac! Accueil sympathique et chaleureux, très professionnel! Nous le recommandons .

"With no clear plan what ...

"With no clear plan what to do with a week off work we decided to give lake Orta a try. February is definitely off season for this spot, but we liked it this way, since the main aim was to recharge our batteries. We got that and much more. The apartment is beautiful and situated on the main street of the peninsula on the lake. The whole area is magnificent with medieval buildings and spotless nature. About the apartment; it has it all. Beside the exposed beams, fully equipped kitchen, wide wardrobes... most importantly it has also sat TV and wifi! I liked it that is very bright and has a lot of antique furniture. Chic. The car is securely parked in the garage close by, which for me is a big plus. Of the amenities that the area offers we took advantage of the walk paths in the area, went skiing in Val Vigezzo and paragliding on mount Trubbio and above Laveno, near the lake Maggiore. Next time I''d like to try some hiking, mountain biking and swimming in the lake. The people we met were very friendly, starting with the owner, who is overwhelmingly helpful and kind. We were very happy with this last minute holiday decision and we might come again. It is a not so well known beauty and it has a lot to offer in the immediate vicinity."
