About this property

A few minutes from the beach and the center, with two bedrooms, studio with piano, large living room, kitchen, a bathroom with tub and shower, hall and two terraces. Ideal for summer vacation, or for occasional stay.

The very bright apartment accommodates 4 people in two rooms, and possibly, a chair-bed.

Quite in the center, close enough to the sea (900 meters), and a stone's throw from the weekly market.
Within 80 meters there is a tram stop, the ATM, a pharmacy, a pizzeria, a tobacco shop, the grocer, newsagent and perhaps the best pastries in the city

Pesaro is overlooking the sea and surrounded by hills, medieval villages and castles full of history and things to do. The port and its marina are a great place for a walk at night among the trendy bars and young nightlife.
Then we are very close to the Adriatic coast, Gabicce, Cattolica and Riccione.
Without forgetting that Rossini was born here, and then visit his birthplace and the theater is to immerse yourself into a legend.

Vacanza perfetta da ogni punto di vista. Casa ben superiore alle aspettative per dimensioni, attrezzature, cura. Discreta, accogliente e PULITISSIMA. Mare e centro dopo breve camminata. 2 ombrosi terrazzi molto godibili. Persino una piccola biblioteca a disposizione. I padroni di casa sul pianerottolo, amichevoli e affettuosi, pronti ad assistere. Ci siamo sentiti protetti e coccolati. Vacanza che consiglio per tutto l'anno. Mare in estate. Relax aria buona moto e cultura nelle altre stagioni.
