About this property

Elegant house on three levels with terrace located in Mazzarò - Taormina Mare - facing the Isola Bella. In the complex you will find a private parking, a private swimming pool with sea water open from mid-May to mid-October exactly on the opposite side of Isola Bella, a wonderful rocky beach for exclusive use accessible through an incredible stone staircase and also an elevator built in interior of the rock. The swimming pool and the beach are equipped with sun beds and umbrellas.
The house is on three floors and is composed as follows.
A large living room with dining room and kitchen on the ground floor. Outside the living room you will find a beautiful terrace with a dining table with a spectacular view of Isola Bella.
Two double bedrooms with two bathrooms with shower, one on the first floor, connected to the ground floor with a spiral staircase, and one on the ground floor in the opposite part of the living room.
A third double bedroom with private bathroom with shower, on the second floor.
All bedrooms are equipped with hot and cold air conditioners

Family holiday

Guiseppe was a wonderful host, always easy to contact and very responsive. The accommodation was located in a wonderful complex, very quiet, and spectacular views. We loved the private beach. Thank you

Stunning view

Split arrangement house in interesting cliff top complex with amazing view of Isola Bella island and beach. Impressive sea water infinity pool shared with other residents. Giuseppe was a wonderful host, contacting us to meet personally on arrival and was very welcoming. Fridge and kitchen were generously stocked with complimentary supplies including snacks and drinks which was much appreciated after a long journey. Easy private parking at the property. The cable car up to Taormina and local restaurants are a 5-10 minute walk albeit along a busy road in August. Highly recommend a stay here and thank you again Giuseppe.

Stunning location

Fantastic views from this property, and great to have both a private sea area and a pool as water options. Great for older children, mine (16,17) loved having a bit of space as their rooms were slightly separate. Guiseppe was a great host, providing a full fridge of drinks and breakfast items, and helping us with any questions we had.

Just lovely!

Saying that this is a well-maintained, quiet, clean property doesn’t give enough credit to the absolutely stunning view of Isola Bella! Giuseppe is a fantastic host. He is very available, helpful, and offered a really wonderful personal touch. Check in and check out were very easy. This is a great place for groups traveling together as two of the ensuite bedrooms are detached. This property is one of a few dozen condominiums in a complex just 15 minutes walk from the Taormina cable car. The salt water infinity pool (unheated) is refreshing with fantastic views. We enjoyed the private access (rocky entry) to the sea near the blue grotto. Parking was extremely convenient. This was a great base to explore Taormina, Isola Bella, Mt. Etna, the Ortigia, and the southern beaches near Syracuse.

The view realy was sspectacular!

We were four Norwegians that had a fantastic holiday here. The apartment was well equipped and with a personal touch. Amazing location with fantastic views! Wonderful swimming pool with salt water. Great also to be able to swim in the ocean below. Many stairs, if you choose, but there was also an elevator (37 meters down) so that one came straight to the swimming area with many beds. The only negative was that the beds were somewhat hard, and that it was a little narrow when you'd go down to the shops/restaurants. But this is a place we definitely can recommend and would like to come back to!
