Villa Anna is immersed in the Sicilian countryside and enjoys the beautiful views of the crystal blue Mediterranean Sea.
This rustic house, tastefully decorated and with functional spaces, consists of two bedrooms (one double, one with twin beds); a bathroom with shower; a bright living room and a nice kitchen.
The highlight of the property is the huge outdoor space: two beautiful wooden verandas surround the house and from here it will be possible to enjoy the fresh air and the landscape with the sea in the distance, and heavenly peace of the countryside.
Guests can also take advantage of the outside kitchen with wood-burning oven for pizzas, made of brick and covered by a picturesque wooden canopy.
It’s therefore the perfect place to enjoy a holiday of contact with nature, far from the chaos of the city, an excellent base for exploring the many wild places and nature reserves that this area of our beautiful island has to offer!

Beautiful quiet sanctuary

This lovely villa overlooking the sea was a wonderful place to chill out and enjoy the peace and tranquility of rural Sicily. Sunsets to die for.

Amazing view and a peaceful place

The villa is lost in the middle of nowhere. The view is just fantastic and the 2 terraces are very comfortable. The internal space is small for 5 people but it's not really a problem in the summer.

wonderful property in a very charming area

From the house you have magnificent views of the sea and the area is absolutely calm, relaxing and charming. The house is very clean, the terrace and garden are very well kept. The description of the house is accurate and the pictures representative. The property has very friendly owners who were always available for us for questions and help. They prepared a welcome package for us with fruits, homemade honey and sweets and they set up the pizza oven for us when we asked how to use it. Beds are comfortable and the kitchen is very well equipped. It was fun to use the outside kitchen with the pizza oven. We definitely recommend this property and would love to return sometime, just be aware that the drive to the property is challenging with a standard rental car.

The perfect rural escape by the sea

Villa Anna was everything we'd hoped for - quiet, private, beautiful views, pretty garden, superb night skies and surprisingly comfortable - and on top of this, the most generous, charming and solicitous owners, as others have said. We recommend it wholeheartedly. It is about 15 mins from the town of Ribera, with half the drive being down a fairly rough, often steep but drivable track. Don't let this put you off because it leads you a really special place. The villa has everything you need including reliable wi-fi and a great fridge freezer and some of it, like the outside oven, can be charmingly quirky. The outside space offers plenty of eating and lounging options with great views in and out of sun and breezes. The sea here is a 15 min country walk away. The beach here is not great but there are wonderful deserted sandy beaches in pristine countryside just a short drive south. (Take the short cut to the main coast road by turning right at the end of the rough track.) The area is perfect for birders. We saw bee eaters, golden orioles and squacco herons and heard stone curlews and nightingales. Ribera has convenient Lidl and Eurospin supermarkets and a very good baker on the left just before the bridge into town. The top two Tripadvisor restaurants in the town are well worth a visit and conveniently placed for the villa.
