Apartment remakes completely to nine in June 2016 with all the necessary comfort for a pleasant stay with family or friends.

- 1 bedroom with storage space and a pool view.
- 1 bedroom with bunk beds for 2 people.
- Large bright living room with kitchen, dining room and living room.
- A bathroom with tub, sink and toilet suspended.
- Balcony with side table outside for lunch or an aperitif.

The apartment has been completely redone in June. It is air conditioned and has plenty of storage to enhance your stay.

The building has a beautiful swimming pool along with a 25m solarium sunny to rinse after a bath in the sea! there is also outdoor parking for the tenants of the building.

Llançà is a village of Catalan fishermen, between Cadaques and the French border which has preserved its original charm. There are many activities to do in and around Llançà (water sports, diving and fishing, mountain, gastronomy, sports, culture etc.).

Très bon séjour dans l'appartement de Victorien, l'appartement est bien agencé, rien ne manque, idéalement situé sur les hauteurs de llianca, très calme. La région est magnifique. Nous reviendrons

Bon séjour à Llança

Premier séjour à Llança, et nous sommes ravies. Le cadre est beau. La résidence est superbe avec sa grande piscine et sa vue sur les Pyrénées et la mer. Et le logement est fonctionnel, bien situé et agréable.

Dysfonctionnement du volet fermé dans le salon. Pas de WIFI, dysfonctionnement TV. Plage à proximité (20minutes à pied), peu intéressante. Appartement trop isolé par rapport à la ville.

Bel emplacement

Appartement dans résidence bien placé géographiquement. Parc bien entretenu. Superbe grande piscine avec vue sur mer. (Env 9.5x25m - profondeur maxi env 4m. Personne faisant 1.60m a pied sur 1/4 de sa longueur.) Certes, l'appartement a été rénové et sa configuration est pratique, bien agencé mais.... Pourquoi ne pas mettre une porte coulissante à la chambre des enfants ? Grand volet à remplacer. Impossible de l'ouvrir, ne peut être que fermé. Donc il a été impossible de profiter du balcon, de la vue sur le parc/piscine, avoir de la clarté ! Il avait été réparé ?? Petit volet de la salle bain ne tient pas ouvert. Cuisine, chambre parents, salle de bain et salon agréable.
