My place is close to art and culture, on beach, restaurants and dining, and great views. 24 hour Security, comfy bed, the kitchen, Snorkel Reef,. Great for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and big groups. Brand new swimming pool just built. Two story unit ; Two- three bed rooms, 3.5 bath rooms, detailed hardwood floors & stairs and all New kitchen appliances. Contact owner for dual rental. One 3 bed unit offered here. Utila has unique bars and restaurants,all walking distance. Located near dive shops for scuba enthusiasts.This unit includes electricity of 30k per day only. More will be needed if running ac and cooking. We can accommodate a personal housekeeper or cook while you're there. Please contact us with requests to make your trip most enjoyable. This is one building with Two 3 bedroom 3bath villas. Each guest after 6people will be charged $40.00 per night. Holiday Rates apply.

Great stay at oyster bay

We enjoyed our stay at oyster bay. Communication with Frank and Fabian was easy. Perfect spot for a group.

Lovely spot!

My family and I just returned from Utila a few days ago. Fabulous vacation. Fabulous condo to rent! Frank picked us up at the ferry and got us settled. Great guy. Very helpful. The condo was great! Had everything we needed. I would add that we were pleasantly surprised with laundry on the premises and a gas grill! Those weren’t mentioned in the property description. Sercurity was great. Melvin was amazing!! We were close enough to walk to town, but a Tuk Tuk would arrive in about 5 minutes if we called. The pool was great to cool off in. We would definitely stay here again!! Thanks, Fabian!!! Also, I HIGHLY recommend diving at Alton’s, checking out Neptune’s, and visiting the Iguana Station!

Comfortable Condo, Excellent Location

We were very pleased from the time we were picked up at the airport until we were returned to the airport. Frank picked us up at the airport as soon as the plane landed, gave us helpful information on the drive to the condo, explained everything we needed to know about the condo when we arrived, and returned us to the airport in plenty of time for our flight. At the condo, the security staff was always on site, was always very friendly, and quickly helped us get the wifi checked when it slowed for the whole island. The kitchen is clean, comfortably designed, has plenty of pots, pans, dishes, etc. The dining room, living room, 3 bedrooms, and 3.5 baths are all comfortable and clean. This will be the first accommodation I check on our next visit to Utila. Thanks to Frank and Melvin for everything they did to make our stay enjoyable, and thanks to Fabian for making the condo available.

Very nice, clean place

The place was great. It had plenty of space for 5 adults. They were kind enough to pick us and all our luggage up from the ferry terminal, which was much appreciated. My only criticism would be that, as it’s a duplex, you can sometimes hear the neighbors.

We are also working towards: Sustainable development of Utila (a popular destination for divers) to protect the island’s natural resources. Enhancing awareness among the people living and working in Utila, including working with schools and educating children and young people on the island about their environment. We aim to buy all our materials from local businesses and hire local labour as far as possible in order to support the Utilan economy. Our volunteers are also encouraged to make their purchases in local shops. We will always strive to conserve and respect the land we are on to the fullest. All These units are going to have solar energy panels as part of the project when completed.

What makes this property unique

Access to the newest accomodations on Utila. Beach Front access in a private relaxing atmosphere. Unique island characteristics not found on ordinary 'commercialized' destinations. Best and least expensive diving on this island.
