The interior with a kitchen, living and dining room in an open concept, not only showcases a spacious 100 sqm area, but also a space to gaze at the exterior and its beautiful surroundings, made possible by its large windows. A games room with a snooker table, football table, and lounge area make a wonderful addition to this holiday home. The exterior with a large infinity pool 12 m x 5 m extending to a mesmerizing sea view, offers a great excuse to not stay indoors. This is not a regular Villa with Ikea furniture and products. The artwork on display at the villa is from renowned world-class artists who present their work at museums like the Met in New York or Victoria & Albert Museum in London. All furniture was custom-made by artisans to fit the Villa design. The service is premium: all kitchen and serving utensils are from upscale brands like Cutipol, the linen is 5-star hotel quality, in the bathroom you will find premium shower gel and soaps from Rituals, fresh flowers are placed every week, and mid-week you have a cleaning service for free.

Please note that due to the premium softwood floor, the landlord kindly asks not to wear shoes inside the house and to be careful with their suitcases to avoid scratches on the floor.
This house has little outdoor furniture. There is an indoor dining table in the kitchen and next to the terrace is the appropriate dining table. The outdoor table is small and serves only for small evening meals. One bedroom has a small wardrobe.
The heating of the pool takes 2 to 5 days depending on atmospheric conditions. If the heating is booked before your arrival, the pool might only be lukewarm.
