Modern villa in a 1100 m2 plot at a walking distance from Famara beach and great views to the ocean, The house, for up to 7 people, has three bedrooms and two complete big bathrooms (one en-suite) , very well equipped kitchen , spacious dinning room with window doors and a great terrace with a big pergola and chill out area fully furnished. Private pool with solar thermal cover, one big chill out bed and two sunbeds, and two extensible awnings. Front garden with stunning views of the surrounding Famara mountains. There is also a back garden with BBQ area with pergola, outdoor cold and hot water shower and a play kid area with wooden cabin, All bedrooms have complete furniture including big closets. The house is fully equipped: WIFI, smart TV, satellite dish, Induction cooker, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, oven, microwave , dishwasher, washing machine , clothes dryer, hair dryer, babycot, children¨s high chair, etc... The en-suite bathroom has a big round bath and a shower. The other bathroom has a big shower. Parking space in the street, right in front of the house. Private urbanization with barriers to acces the street.

Superb villa in Famara

Great stay, amazing space to relax and for the children to enjoy

We had such a lovely stay, the property was perfect for us to relax, but at the same time offered our children (4 and 7) plenty to do. Once we’d done a larger shop for the week at a large hypermarket back near the airport there was no real need for us to go far which was perfect…some lovely local restaurants (including one 5 mins walk), and the beach (although be careful of the waves even when paddling with children!) are so close. The property offers so much outdoor space you could be a party 3 times the size of ours and it wouldn’t feel crowded, and the views of the sea one way / mountains the other is amazing! The pool isn’t massive but absolutely perfect for our children, and the fence around it offered us the peace of mind they wouldn’t venture there without us. The kitchen is perfect for cooking through the week when required. The property was super clean. The host Maria was also on hand via WhatsApp to offer any help we needed during our stay which was appreciated. Maybe the only small things I would offer as areas to improve would be it would be nice to include a bit of info (one sheet of paper) for guests such as tips on the local area, and a few things about the property i.e. there’s a great first aid box which we didn’t find until the end of of stay and had to go out and buy some plasters for the children during our stay. Also maybe leave a couple of dishwasher tablets for guests. I’m being very picky here as genuinely these things were no issue and we had a truly amazing stay, would highly recommend to anyone looking to stay in Lanzarote away from the busier areas and resorts. Truly peaceful and relaxing stay!

Stunning House in Stunning setting

You won't be disappointed with this house... The house itself is very comfortable, spacious and beds are very comfy. The en suites are huge with excellent showers. For the kids the back garden is a god-send with all the toys and space to run around as well as the front 'veranda' which is huge and perfect for the whole family to enjoy. Its very safe too if you have small kids as there's gates everywhere so the little ones can't tumble down any stairs or into the pool. The pool is small but perfect for keeping cool should you be going in warmer weather. The cleaners forgot to put beach towels out for us for when we arrived so within an hour of letting Maria know she had sent someone over to sort it out. Communication with Maria was great throughout and had no issues whatsoever. The house is superb, enjoy!

What makes this property unique

All the Bungalows are right under the cliffs in a privileged location, but ours has great views and is in the quiest street, Chibusque. Also the house has been totally renovated.
