Villa Elena provides a relaxing and luxurious environment for you and your family and friends to enjoy the year round sunshine at the Venus Rock Golf Resort. Just 15 minutes drive from the airport and Paphos city the villa offers stunning views of sunrise over the mountains and sunset over the sea and meets all of the 2022 Cyprus Ministry of Tourism registration and safety requirements for holiday accommodation. Exceptionally well appointed, Villa Elena has an open plan lounge/ dining room leading onto patio/ seating area, well equipped kitchen with fitted fridge, freezer, dishwasher and hob/oven and microwave. Separate utility room with washer, tumble dryer and additional fridge/ freezer. Large terrace with dining table and gas BBQ. Three bedrooms (Master with super kingsize bed, additional double and twin bedrooms). Master bedroom includes an ensuite shower room and balcony with sea and sunset views plus a family bathroom with bath and shower. Fitted wardrobes provide ample storage and air conditioning and gas central heating throughout the villa ensure maximum comfort all year round. Private pool with sunbeds and umbrellas for shade. Well maintained gardens, off street parking for 2+ cars. TV with premium channels and free Wi-Fi, DVD player. Welcome pack, linen, towels and pool towels provided. Perfect relaxing break

We have just had a wonderful 2 weeks in Villa Elena. So comfortable and perfect for a relaxing holiday. We would have breakfast on the front terrace and sit on the balcony each evening to watch the sunset. The Villa is very private and in a quiet neighbourhood and the view across the valley by the pool is lovely. The restaurants in the nearby village of Kouklia are excellent. I can’t wait to return in the future.

We really enjoyed our family holiday. The location is quiet and in a lovely neighbourhood, and well connected to all tourist attractions, villages/ towns/ cities, airport etc. You will need a car. The villa accommodated 5 adults/ teen easily, we were all very comfortable. Immaculately clean. Nice welcome pack with some essentials. The villa has everything you will need, very well equipped. Pool was great. Really there was nothing we would change about the villa, we were happy with everything. The host was wonderful and always willing to help or give advice

Great time in the Secret Valley

We have holidayed in Cyprus many time but this was the first time in the Secret Valley area. You will need a car to get the most of the experience as we knew. Beaches, restaurants and supermarkets can all be found within a 20 minute drive. Villa Elena is very nice and well appointed, we had everything we needed, even fluffy bath and beach towels were provided. The villa has a comfortable pool area with sun loungers and an outdoor shower. The pool is cleaned twice a week although we found we had to use the skimmer provided to clean the pool daily and we found the Wi-Fi a little temperamental. Angela is a wonderful host, one of the best we have rented a villa from, she is very helpful and quick to reply. Thank you x

Villa Elena

We have stayed in many villas in Secret Valley during the past 11 years and villa Elena tops them all. The villa is exceptionally well equipped and has everything you need for a relaxing and comfortable stay. Located in Secret Valley, it has a beautiful pool area and a stunning view. We’re very grateful to Angela, the villa owner, for all the helpful information and her great communication. We hope to return next year.

Steve and I live in Sheffield UK with our daughters Fiona and Francesca. We met at university over 30 years ago and bought Villa Elena in 2015. We love to share our place in the sun with guests and we hope that you like it as much as we do.

Why they chose this property

It was love at first sight - we were blown away by the views and peaceful location of Secret Valley, and particularly Villa Elena. Even now we are amazed by the views over the valley on the first morning of our holiday, especially if the sun is shining (which it generally is!) Good for the soul.

What makes this property unique

The views - of course - and the proximity to local amenities whether you enjoy golf, the sea, mountain villages, the famous antiquities and legends, retail therapy and/or the local Cypriot food. Villa Elena is well equipped for a relaxing break and having both Air Conditioning and Central Heating means that you will be comfortable whatever time of year you choose to visit. We continue to invest in the property and in the last 3 years we have added external decking, new outdoor furniture, new bedroom furniture, installed new AC units and ceiling fans, added a solar pool cover and upgraded the barbeque.
