This spacious and cozy apartment is situated in Calle Felipe III number 7. Calle Felipe III is one of the pedestrian only streets That accesses Plaza Mayor, and the apartment is located right next to one of Plaza Mayor's archways.

The apartment is on the third floor, and the building being one of the original and protected the buildings of the area does NOT have an elevator.

Fantastic apartment in a great location

Stayed here for a week as a large group. The apartment was great and perfect for us. It has a central location right next to the Plaza Mayor and only a couple of minutes from Sol. There were lots of places to eat and drink during the evening. We walked most days from the apartment to other key sights in the city but if you want to take the metro it was only a few minutes away. The apartment was clean and well equipped with everything that you need. The owners were very helpful and easy to contact. We arranged to drop bags off early so we could explore and they were very accomodating. We would definitely book again if visiting Madrid.

Perfect location at Plaza Mayor! Surprising quiet for being right next to the cultural center of Madrid. We loved that it is just down the street from the churros at San Gines and shopping at El Corte Ingles. The Property owner was excellent to work with and very accommodating! We will be back!!

Love this place!

Wonderful location for our first time in Madrid! The apartment was just the right size for our family of 7 adults. Don’t overlook the description of the stairs…we knew it when we booked and it was fine for us…we needed the exercise after all the fine food in Madrid!
