Partial ocean view condominium located on the oceanfront cliff in the heart of Solana Beach/Del Mar. Recently remodeled with updated amenities. Two master bedrooms with two full baths: Includes Jacuzzi and shower massage units in each.

Note: The unit has been sterilized for visitors prior to arrival.

Community offers oceanfront swimming pool, hot tub with spanning ocean views. Secure Stair access leading down the cliff to a private beach. Walking distance to Del Mar Race Track/fairgrounds, bars, restaurants. Walking trials/Fletcher Cove Park and Dog Park. Fitness/food conscious juice and smoothie shops.
Amenities include: Gourmet kitchen for the cook lover with adjoining living room. Master bathroom: Dual Shower Marble Steam with 8 massage units. Guest bathroom: Jacuzzi hot tub with 4 high jet massage units. Two large flat screen TV's connected to a Bose surround sound system. Includes Wi-Fi. Patio Front includes outdoor patio sectional with table along with over sized SOLAR Power Patio Umbrella with propane bar-b-que overlooking ocean front. NOTE: Bedrooms provide a private back patio with sliding glass doors that lead you to newly planted succulents.

Perfect Location

The condo was in a fantastic location. Easy to walk to restaurants and coffee shops. Private beach access. Plenty of space and a gorgeous view from the balcony.

Surf gateway with teenagers

We visited Solana Beach for a surf gateaway spring break with teenagers. We had the best time, enjoying the easy access to the beach, the nice outdoor patio and the hot tub. From the patio there is a nice pick of the ocean.

I have had this vacation home for 20 years. I really have enjoyed spending time there with my family and hope my guest enjoy it just as much as we have throughout the years of growing up.

Central and walking/biking distance to everything! Walking distance to Cedros design district, amazing restaurants, Track, Del Mar Fairgrounds venues throughout the year and oh!, private access to the beach with a jacuzzi and pool on the cliff for the most amazing sunsets you will see!

What makes this property unique

I really try to make sure my guest are having an amazing time! Provide the amenities of home while surrounded by vacation amenities. Only property with the pool and hot-tube on the cliff overlooking all of Del Mar, Solana Beach and La Jolla and ideal for the horse races and other venues that may be going on.
