About the property

The apartment is spacious and light and located within an easy walk of Covent Garden, New Oxford Street, Leicester Square and many other attractions. It is one street away from the many pedestrian streets of Covent Garden with it's many boutique stores, restaurants, theatres and the Opera house. It really is the perfect base for discovering central London!

The flat is set on two floors with the spacious and light sitting room and kitchen area on the lower floor (1st floor in the building). Upstairs you will find the three bedroom. The two queen bedrooms, one of which is en-suite both face the back gardens. The 3rd bedroom has two single beds.

The overall apartment is very comfortable and bright and offers a great homey feel.

The apartment is located just above Covent Garden in the very heart of London. The streets surrounding the apartment are mostly pedestrian and all the large retail stores as well as countless boutique stores can be found within a few shorts steps of the apartment.

The neighbourhood also features a large number of theatres, restaurants, cafés, bars as well as the Opera which is in Covent Garden.

Landing at Heathrow: Take the Picadilly line to Covent Garden Station. Walk for 3 minutes to the apartment.

Landing at Gatwick: Take the Gatwick Express to Victoria Station. Take the Picadilly line to Covent Garden Station. Walk for 3 minutes to the apartment.

Parking: There is on the street meter parking just around the corner from the apartment. Please note that free parking is not available throughout central London. If you decide to bring a car you can find parking spaces to rent on www.parkopedia.com

You will have access to all amenities provided in the apartment as well as having the apartment to yourself during your stay.

All guests are provided with clean sheets, bath towels, hand towels as well as basic bathroom supplies.

The apartment has Wi-Fi Internet access throughout the apartment that guests can use during their stay.

We will meet you upon your arrival to make sure you feel comfortable with the apartment and to hand over the keys.

Regular check-in time is from 3pm to 8pm.

Regular checkout time is up to 11am on the check out day.

If you wish to check-in earlier between 12noon and 3pm please let us know as it might be possible depending on the previous guest’s checking out.

Additional charges

Please note that there are extra charges if you are looking to check in late or check out very late.

1. Late check in:

Fee of £25 for check-ins between 8pm and 10pm.

Fee of £35 for check-ins from 10pm to 12am.

2. Extra late check out – Fee of £35 check-outs after 3pm on the check out day (If this is possible).

Hey I'm Jan!

I'm a Londoner at heart and have a love for travel and a high expectancy when it comes to quality accommodation. I've always felt that as a host one should always offer the best! I also speak Italian, Spanish and French and of course English! So don't hesitate in getting in touch, I'm always ready to help!

I currently manage a number of properties that have been trusted to me from friends and family. I personally make sure that the apartments are always properly taken care off and are professionally cleaned prior to the guest’s arrival. Linen, toiletries, towels and a few welcome essentials are there on arrival to ensure guests are made to feel at home.

I also make sure guests are met upon arrival and are shown around the apartment and given all relevant local tips on places to shop, go out, transport links, etc. so as to make sure guests get to experience the space and area as a real local would. Please note that I am also always available and contactable during the guest's stay if any help is needed. I'm always around to help!

Beautiful flat in wonderful location!

We highly recommend Jan’s flat in Covent Garden! The property is in the heart of the fun area of Covent Garden and only a short walk from major activities in London. The beautifully decorated flat was spotless, roomy, and perfect for our party of 4 family members. Jan was great with email communication and the friendly Sole provided helpful assistance in checking us in. We feel lucky to have discovered this flat, as well as this London neighborhood, and wish we could have been there longer than three nights.

Great location!

Jan's flat was in a great location and a perfect size for us. We loved the neighborhood - close to a ton of restaurants as well as the theater district and the tube. Everything was super convenient. My family of five was very comfortable and had a great time. Took a star off since we did have a couple of minor issues (the door kept sticking and it could have been a little cleaner), but honestly I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Fantastic Location, exceptionally managed

We really enjoyed our three day stay. The apartment is exactly as described with small touches that add up to make a difference... luxurious towels.. London historic posters.. books. The place was spotless and had a very easy arrival and departure. A text message away at all times to deal with any questions or concerned. Clearly a lot of pride behind how this is managed. And the location? Well, we think it’s about as good of a home base as one could ask for when touring London. Thanks for a great stay!

Amazing week in London

We spent 8 days in London with our 4 children, and this was the PERFECT apartment. It's central to hundreds of restaurants, shops, and walking distance to several tube stations. The Covent Garden area is lively and has so much going on but the street is quiet and safe. The market on the corner (and another one just a few steps more down the street) was so convenient. We had such a great week, and everyone in our family agreed that we had picked a perfect location!

Great location - Great flat!

My husband and two boys (aged 17 and 14) stayed here for 7 days and absolutely loved this place. The location could not have been better - very close to Covent Garden and so many restaurants and shops. The flat itself is keypad controlled and we felt safe. Jan, the property manager, was very responsive from the beginning of our inquiries about the flat and was so helpful throughout our stay.

I would highly recommend this flat to anyone who wants a spacious place to stay and location is key.

Lovely accommodations, perfect location

Jan's place is exactly as described and perfectly suited our needs for a family of six adults. It's centrally located to all the main sites in London, and a short walk to two major underground stations (Covent Garden and Holborn). Check-in and check-out were quick and easy, and we were accommodated outside of the standard hours without a problem. The two full baths and one half bath were great for our party (especially since both showers can be run at the same time without any issues). There are tons of great pubs and restaurants right outside the door, and there are several grocery stores and convenience stores close by. We would absolutely recommend this flat and would look forward to staying here again the next time we're in London.
