About the property

The apartment is spacious and light and located within an easy walk of Covent Garden, New Oxford Street, Leicester Square and many other attractions. It is one street away from the many pedestrian streets of Covent Garden with it's many boutique stores, restaurants, theatres and the Opera house. It really is the perfect base for discovering central London!

The flat is set on two floors with the spacious and light sitting room and kitchen area on the lower floor (1st floor in the building). Upstairs you will find the three bedroom. The two queen bedrooms, one of which is en-suite both face the back gardens. The 3rd bedroom has two single beds.

The overall apartment is very comfortable and bright and offers a great homey feel.

The apartment is located just above Covent Garden in the very heart of London. The streets surrounding the apartment are mostly pedestrian and all the large retail stores as well as countless boutique stores can be found within a few shorts steps of the apartment.

The neighbourhood also features a large number of theatres, restaurants, cafés, bars as well as the Opera which is in Covent Garden.

Landing at Heathrow: Take the Picadilly line to Covent Garden Station. Walk for 3 minutes to the apartment.

Landing at Gatwick: Take the Gatwick Express to Victoria Station. Take the Picadilly line to Covent Garden Station. Walk for 3 minutes to the apartment.

Parking: There is on the street meter parking just around the corner from the apartment. Please note that free parking is not available throughout central London. If you decide to bring a car you can find parking spaces to rent on www.parkopedia.com

You will have access to all amenities provided in the apartment as well as having the apartment to yourself during your stay.

All guests are provided with clean sheets, bath towels, hand towels as well as basic bathroom supplies.

The apartment has Wi-Fi Internet access throughout the apartment that guests can use during their stay.

We will meet you upon your arrival to make sure you feel comfortable with the apartment and to hand over the keys.

Regular check-in time is from 3pm to 8pm.

Regular checkout time is up to 11am on the check out day.

If you wish to check-in earlier between 12noon and 3pm please let us know as it might be possible depending on the previous guest’s checking out.

Additional charges

Please note that there are extra charges if you are looking to check in late or check out very late.

1. Late check in:

Fee of £25 for check-ins between 8pm and 10pm.

Fee of £35 for check-ins from 10pm to 12am.

2. Extra late check out – Fee of £35 check-outs after 3pm on the check out day (If this is possible).

Hey I'm Jan!

I'm a Londoner at heart and have a love for travel and a high expectancy when it comes to quality accommodation. I've always felt that as a host one should always offer the best! I also speak Italian, Spanish and French and of course English! So don't hesitate in getting in touch, I'm always ready to help!

I currently manage a number of properties that have been trusted to me from friends and family. I personally make sure that the apartments are always properly taken care off and are professionally cleaned prior to the guest’s arrival. Linen, toiletries, towels and a few welcome essentials are there on arrival to ensure guests are made to feel at home.

I also make sure guests are met upon arrival and are shown around the apartment and given all relevant local tips on places to shop, go out, transport links, etc. so as to make sure guests get to experience the space and area as a real local would. Please note that I am also always available and contactable during the guest's stay if any help is needed. I'm always around to help!

Beautiful, comfortable property.

Had a wondweful stay at this property. Was very comfortable for 4 women. Clean and well furnished with every thing you need for a say in London. Conveniently located near Covent Garden, the British Museum and the theaters. There is also a tube nearby. I highly recommend this property.

Great stay in Covent Garden apartment

We had a wonderful 4 night stay in this Covent Garden apartment during the third week in January. The apartment is as advertised and the pictures accurately reflect the property. It's ideally located (very close to Covent Garden tube stop and easy to get almost anywhere quickly walking or on the tube) and easily accommodated our party of 4 adults and one teenager. Beds were comfortable and, while the common living area surrounds the dining table, there's room enough for a group gathering before or after you head out to enjoy London. As another review mentions, entry is off Shorts Gardens, so head there from the tube or a cab. There's a convenience store (with a small liquor and wine selection) on the corner for necessities and a Marks and Spencer food hall opposite the tube station, with a Sainsbury's in the neighborhood too, so easy to find snacks or breakfast items, which is all we used the kitchen for. Jan and his team were great to work with, responsive and accomodating. I would definitely stay again or recommend to friends.

Awesome location. Warm and comfortable.

Amazing location. We were out the door and right where we want to be in Covent Garden. Yet it was just off the main roads and perfectly quiet. Layout is compact and good. Nice and warm. We'll definitely keep this place one our love list for future trips.

Comfort and location

This property is extremely well located - less than 5min walk to 3 major West End theatres.

There are 2 food markets close by (M&S Foodhall and Tesco Metro). Covent Garden station is across the road from the MS food hall.

The apartment has two bedrooms with Queen beds, and the third with 2 single beds - more suited to children than our adult (26yr) son as the mattress hangs over the base.

Apartment is comfortable and we were provided with some basics. The building has secure entry - key fob required to gain access.

Would stay here again. Recommend it to others.

Lovely apartment in great location

Very nice roomy apartment with lovely balcony overlooking central garden - looked good in November, should be wonderful in summer. Two large and one small bedroom with two nice-sized baths, sleeps and houses six comfortably. Great convenient Covent Garden location. We walked to most major sightseeing destinations. Many nearby restaurants and theaters. Shopped Covent Garden. Would definitely stay here again!

Great Week in London

Our family of 5 had a great week in London. The location was great- close to the underground, shops, restaurants and walkable to so many sites and other neighborhoods. The apartment itself was very clean, well appointed and spacious. The entire process of check in/out was seamless and the communication with Jan was excellent.
