Three minutes walk to the best beach in the city (the Malvarrosa) with its promenade and all kinds of the best restaurants on the beachfront with terraces for sunbathing, or dine under the moonlight, while taking a appetizer or the typical rice dishes or the classic Paella Valenciana. Supermarkets, shops, bars with lots of atmosphere. It is a fourth height, does not have an elevator, the steps are short and easy to climb.
Very well connected with the Historic Center of the City It has a bus stop at the foot of the street that communicates with any point of the City. Near the marina. Next to the City of Arts and Sciences, the Oceanographic. Possibility of traveling by bicycle (Valenbici) to walk around the city. The apartment is newly renovated. The 2 beds of 90 cm.(one under the other) are in the living room separated by decorative shelving that establishes 2 environments. It is a fourth height without elevator, short steps, easy to climb.

The apartment has a lovely, cosy feel without being cramped and is very close to the beach, local shops and bars. Enrique was extremely helpful and we really enjoyed our stay. I hope to visit again one day!

Great property

We stayed for a week here at the end of October with our 10 year old son. The property is situated in a residential area just 2 streets away from the beach and about a 10 minute walk away from the harbour and the tram stop (bus stops are even closer with the route 19 going straight to the centre of the city). It is surrounded by small shops and a supermarket so everything is on the door step. The apartment was beautifully furnished - very modern with lots of decorative touches. It was very well equipped with everything needed including toiletries, a good range of cooking equipment (even oil, salt, sugar etc) and water in the fridge. Everything was immaculately clean and smart. The beds were very comfortable and our son was happy in his semi private area in the lounge. We were met at the stated time and given an explanation of how things worked. We very much enjoyed our stay in this apartment and would happily return to it. We would highly recommend staying in this property. Thank you Enrique!
