With an enviable location overlooking the Gulf of Naples, Casa Augusta A (sleeps 6) extends over 95 m² on the ground floor of a two-storey building. The apartment has two levels and can be accessed either from the main road via an automatic gate or from the building’s private parking area. From here, a flight of 15 stairs leads to the main 60-m² terrace, complete with sun beds, a parasol with table and chairs, a small plunge pool and magnificent views across the Gulf as far as Ischia, Procida and Vesuvius. A second terrace, furnished with outdoor sofas, is the perfect place to relax and is accessible from the bedrooms and the corridor on the upper floor.

The living room, kitchen and bathroom are on the ground floor. The spacious living room is lovely and bright, thanks to the large French windows with a sliding door that leads out to the main terrace, and has a sofa, TV, fireplace and dining table for 6. In the kitchen, you’ll find a fridge freezer, 4-ring hob, electric oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle and table for 4.
An internal flight of 10 stairs rises to the upper level where you’ll find the bedrooms and a second bathroom.
