Providing the perfect location for a fantastic family holiday, this typical Binibeca house is situated in the popular area of Binibeca Vell, just a couple of minutes walk to the restaurants and supermarket yet peaceful and private. Ten minutes walk to the beautiful sandy beach, which is ideal for young children and has a beach bar and facilities.

This lovely three-bedroom/two bathroom villa with private pool, wifi & air con in all three bedrooms is close to all binibeca has to offer yet quiet and private.
Main bedroom with Queen size bed and two twins. Sleeps 6.

A perfect villa for sitting back and relaxing by your own private pool or under the large shaded terrace. Fancy dining alfresco with a large built in BBQ whilst soaking up the Mediterranean atmosphere.

Our Villa is comfortably furnished and very well equipped; it has an open plan lounge, with flat screen TV with firestick and stereo. This room leads out onto a very large airy shaded terrace, ideal for relaxing, whilst watching the kids playing in the good-sized pool. The compact Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you would need if you chose to dine in.

Our holiday home is a perfect base for families or groups.

Family Holiday Late Sept 2023

This was a fantastic, clean, well appointed villa for the perfect family break away. The Pool was ideal and had plenty of sunshine throughout the day. The outdoor eating area was brilliant for a shady spot for lunch and dinners. Beds were comfortable. Overall location was good, and walking distance to local restaurants. Communication with Crystal was clear and prompt response given, when required. We look forward to staying again when back in Menorca.

Lovely little villa

Well looked after and fully equipped villa. Quiet neighbourhood, with a handful of amenities close by. Car not essential but would recommend if you like variation.

Perfect

Just as described. No issues, all went perfectly. Excellent communication with owner. Location was amazing, so close to the supermarket, restaurants and bars. House was lovely and well looked after with comfy beds and excellent air conditioning. Would definitely go back.

Villa of dreams

This villa is truly perfect, it is absolutely beautiful we couldn't fault it it looks nice and traditional but modern as well. From the moment we arrived we fell in love with its charm. Perfect location fir the beautiful fishing village, restaurants, shops & beach..the owner left a great welcome booklet with very useful information. We had a tiny issue which was instantly resolved with no problem at all. The pool was so warm and used constantly, a perfect size. We rarely sat inside as the outside is so lovely, but if needed the inside is just as lovely..we 100% recommend this and will definitely be back. Crystal the owner was just lovely from the minute we booked..you won't be disappointed in our opinion..thank you for the most amazing holiday ❤️

Binibequer Vell

We really enjoyed our Stay at Binibequer Vell. The location was perfect and there were plenty of good restaurants to choose from the tourist train was very handy if you wanted to visit Punta Prima.. If I had a tiny criticism it would be the ceiling fan in the main living area could of done with being a bit more cooler as we were there in August Other than that we could not fault the Villa, it had everything you needed. The outdoor area and swimming pool were excellent.
