At low tide, the beach of fine sand, is the ideal place for fishing walking, kite flying, sand castle building, swimming or any other activity for all to enjoy.

A swimming pool, free for children is furnished by the sea in July / August, outdoor games are available all year round.

Shops (butcher, grocery, bakery), the restaurants, the Postal Bank and the doctor and the pharmacy are
less than 50m.

The house is located in the heart of the city center and 400m from the beach.

We welcome 8 people and a baby. An extra bed will be installed for the 9th person or one of the sofas is convertible for a couple.

German and English channels are at your disposal.

The charges (electricity, heating, heating (free up to 23 °), WiFi and unlimited phone except mobile, loan of bicycles ...) are already included in the price, you do not have to pay extra.

The house also has a private garage for 2 cars, comfortable with F5 internet (wifi) and unlimited telephone (free and without optional).

The cottage, on 3 levels, consists of: a nice spacious living room (4 large sofas with a convertible, flat screen TV + satellite TV + DVD player), a beautiful dining room, a kitchen for 8 people with all appliances: hood,
dishwasher, washing machine, dishwasher ...)

3 bedrooms, two bathrooms ... and all for the well-being of babies (cot, high chair, recliner, trotter, changing table, baby bath ...).

You will also find an intimate garden of 60 m2 with a wooden terrace and all the attention (salon
garden table, chairs, barbecue) and a winter garden covered with 20 m2.

For bike excursions, you will find free bicycle (juniors, adults and children, one with baby seat).

And to enable you to better holidays, pets are allowed, so you can enjoy a family of all well being.

The cottage is open all year for vacation rentals.

A magnificent 19th century house close to all shops, restaurants and bars.

First time on holiday in the middle of a town and it was great. No car needed for shopping or eating out. Our host and hostess Corinne and Jean-Marie, were charming and most helpful at all times and responded quickly by phone to our enquiries. The house is magnificently furnished with a modern kitchen and two shower rooms. Only half an hour from Dieppe. Gordon

Our second stay in this perfect location

We stayed in Corinne and Jean-Marie's house last summer and found it a perfect base for the week in this area of France, so booked it again! The house is right in the centre of everything in the lovely village of Veules les Roses, with the patisserie and various other shops and restaurants on the doorstep and the beach only a few minutes walk away. We have teenage children so the efficient wifi was useful, but there was plenty to suit younger children and an enclosed, secluded gravel garden which was ideal for lounging around and BBQs. The garage is a bonus as parking is probably at a premium in the village. There are a few bicycles in the garage and with the flat, traffic-free paths, I thoroughly enjoyed cycling for the first time in years. Overall it is a very comfortable, well-equipped house, Corinne and Jean-Marie are friendly and welcoming hosts, and the location couldn't be better!

A lovely spacious property with ideal location

A nice big property that is well maintained. Great location above the post office looking over the road where the weekly market sets up. We love Veules and have had several holidays in other properties. This is easily the best of them.

A great property in a beautiful village

The property was very comfortable and roomy. There was everything there that we needed. It was also well placed in the middle of the very pretty village of Veules Les Roses. Stairs were a bit steep and twisty but they were part of the charm of the house. We enjoyed meandering around the market, sauntering to the beach to watch the sunsets and visiting other resorts along the coast including Dieppe, Fecamp and Honfleur. Would definitely recommend this property.

Ideal location, bright and very comfortable

We have visited Veules les Roses before but not stayed in the village itself, and this house was the ideal base for us. We were close to the beach, shops and restaurants, so as a family with two teenage children, everyone was free to explore without venturing too far (or stay at the house and make the most of the efficient wifi). There is a large garage, bicycles of various sizes, a sunny garden, well-equipped kitchen, comfy beds and sofas – everything we needed. Jean-Marie came to meet us when we arrived and was very friendly and welcoming. We had thought we would explore the area but once we had arrived, we all liked the house and the village so much that we hardly got in the car all week, just pottered round the village, the beautiful beach, the patisserie across the street and a couple of local restaurants. The village is absolutely charming, with a walking route around the little river which runs through it, taking in countless pretty cottages covered in flowers. A very relaxing holiday, thank you Jean-Marie and Corinne – we hope to come back next year!
