Spacious and renovated house in stunning countryside in Tuscany, province of Lucca, with a large garden and meadow, beautiful panoramic mountain views and access to the river at the bottom.
The house is all on one floor and can sleep up to 7 guests.
There are 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
The well equipped kitchen has direct access to the terrace, which is ideal for a breakfast in the morning sun, lunch in the shade, or watching a sunset in the evening.
The dining and living areas offer ample and comfortable seating.
Enjoy the terrace, pergola and garden for dining and relaxing, surrounded by natural beauty. The garden gets the sun from 10 am till sunset.
Walk a few minutes to the end of the garden and experience the tranquility of the river and its unique atmosphere. There is a small beach (small gravel) where you can relax and have a picnic. On hot summer days, swimming in the river is one of the favorite activities in the area.
Facilities include washing machine, dishwasher, barbecue, bedding and bathroom towels, relaxing garden chairs. A variety of outdoor games are at your disposition: badminton set, football, Frisbee, French boules, hula hoop, darts. A cot is also available.
The house is located between Bagni di Lucca La Villa and Abetone in a small hamlet; around 10 minutes’ drive from Bagni di Lucca.
Parking facilities are essential in Italy and the grounds offer plenty.
The town of Bagni di Lucca offers all amenities, including shops, supermarkets, bakery, restaurants, cafés, Spa & thermal baths, swimming pool with fantastic views, bank, tourist office …
Within 5 minutes’ drive, there is a canyon park, with rafting, adventure treks, suspended wires and beach by the river.
Within a couple of minutes’ walk of the house there is a restaurant/bar.
The region of Northern Tuscany has plenty of charming villages, mountains, water activities and nature to explore and is well connected to Lucca, Pisa, Florence, Viareggio.
It is also a popular destination for cyclists, hikers and fishermen who love the climate and the colorful countryside.

A lovely relaxing setting. The views are stunning and the river swimming a delight.

A great base from which to explore Tuscany and the many little towns perched up in the hills. Bagni di Lucca is a lovely little town and a trip to the fascinating city of Lucca was the highlight of our holiday

Toller Toskana-Urlaub

Erholsamer Urlaub in der Toskana. Der Fluss am Ende des Grundstücks ist super. Wir haben viel Zeit dort verbracht. Die Umgebung ist sehr bergig und sehr schön. Einziges Manko ist die Hauptstraße direkt vorm Haus. Aber man gewöhnt sich an den Verkehrslärm. Wir haben uns trotzdem sehr gut erholt!

Prachtig ruim huis met grote tuin

Erg mooi huis, met een hele grote tuin. Een gezellige houtbrander in de keuken en het huis is mooi ingericht. Het enige minpunt vonden wij dat er geen wifi aanwezig is en het bereik van de telefoon erg slecht is daar. Het huis ligt middenin een mooi natuurgebied. De leuke steden (Florence, Bologna, Pisa, Livorno) zijn wel wat verder rijden.

When I was looking at buying a house in Tuscany, I visited more than 20 houses. And my heart fell for this one! Surrounded by the mountain, having the torrent at the bottom, a spacious garden and a large house, I knew straight away that it was the right one for me and I love going there again and again.
