Welcome to our Ohana beach house, a perfect escape for you and your family to enjoy the best that Cornwall has to offer.

WHY BOOK THIS PROPERTY?

1. THE OBVIOUS REASON : UNBEATABLE BEACH LOCATION

Situated in a breathtaking location a stones throw away from the sandy family friendly surf beach of Porth and gorgeous sheltered sandy activities beach at Lusty Glaze. The world famous surfing beach at Fistral is a short 5 minute car ride.

2. TOWN, SHOPPING, FOOD AND NIGHTLIFE

Newquay town centre with its eclectic range of shops, cafés restaurants and nightlife is just 10 minutes walk across the beautiful headland and the Walk from our house along the beautiful headland North to Watergate bay to sample the amazing food at The Beach Hut, one of Cornwalls best beach-side hang outs or spoil yourself at the renowned Watergate Bay Hotel.

3. THE HOUSE ITSELF : SAVE THE BEST FOR LAST

ADDITIONAL BEDS : there are 2 x fold out memory foam, single beds that are stored on the property. We need notification before so we can take them out / prepare bedding. So property can sleep 8

Our lovely house provides reverse accommodation! On the ground level there is an entrance hallway with storage and w.c off. This leads to the spacious open plan lounge diner with wall to wall windows front and rear. There are sea views to the front, and a delightful south facing decking area to the rear, ideal for lazy breakfasts and BBQ. The kitchen is modern and well fitted with all required integrated appliances, granite work tops and is stocked with top of the range kitchen appliances. There is oak flooring throughout on this level and excellent quality furnishings. The dining table comfortably seats 6 and we provide games, DVD's, books for your use. On the ground floor you will find 3 generous bedrooms each with doors leading out to patio garden areas. Bed 1 has a super kingsize bed, fully tiled en suite wet room. Bedroom 2 a double with fully tiled en suite wet room. Bedroom 3 a large twin room with fully tiled en suite wet room. Beyond bedroom 2 is a handy laundry room and store, ideal for drying off wet suits, surf boards etc and is furnished with washing machine and separate tumble dryer. The property provides 1 allocated car parking space but there is guest parking and plenty of parking in the hotel car park too.

Superb accommodation for family

All the family from grandparents, parents and grandchildren enjoyed the home. Home from home comfortable amenities enabled us to self cater easily. Car parking close to property and shops, beaches within easy reach. An extremely friendly environment with excellent and speedy communication with owner. Highly recommended 10/10 all round.

A Magical Stay

The most beautiful home with an incredible location, a stones throw away from Lusty Glaze. The living space and bedrooms were wonderfully spacious and the photos don’t do it justice. Jean and family were lovely from start to finish. We can’t wait to visit again! Thank you for making our stay an unforgettable one

Just Perfect

We were over the moon when we arrived at Lusty Glaze and it just kept getting better. The house was amazing and so well equipped. It had been deep cleaned before we arrived which was really comforting. The walks from the property were just lovely and made it really easy to find things to keep the whole family entertained. We look forward to coming back in the very near future. Thank you

Family get together in Cornwall

We had a wonderful stay in Obana House - location and property perfect. The only down side was that the shared swimming pool had to be paid for if used. This wasn’t a problem as the weather was perfect so didn’t have to entertain young children inside. However it could have cost so much extra if we had needed to use the indoor pool. Maybe the charge for pool should be highlighted in the house details? Overall though would definitely recommend this property for a family holiday - everyone had a wonderful stay and we will certainly book to stay again.
