Apartment fully furnished and equipped, quiet and bright flat (100 m2, 3BR, 2BA) in central location, at Barcelona Eixample district, Sant Antoni neighbourhood .
Located in classic Modernist Eixample building close to Plaza Catalunya, Las Ramblas and Paseo de Gracia, near to several metro, train and bus lines, and many shops and restaurants and municipal market Sant Antoni.

The tourist tax is included in the price: € 5.00 per person/night.
It will not be requested once you arrive to the apartment.

Nice neighborhood of Eixample, very near of the best known avenues and squares. You are at a few minutes from Paseo de Gracia, or from Plaça de Espanya; the Feria de Barcelona, which you can visit many exhibitions and fairs.

Comfortable and functional flat. A very cozy place completely furnished, placed in the heart of Barcelona. Ideal for couples (or families with children) that want to know Barcelona, at 10 minutes form the beach, and at 5 minutes from the Paseo de Gracia, and de Fairground (Plaza España)

Sant Antoni is a quiet district and very friendly, with plenty of grocery stores, snack bars and good restaurants, and with a lovely modernist market full of life.

- 2 Private parkings spaces 50m from the building. None of the former, historical and modernist houses (Eixample neighborhood of Barcelona) have no parking in the same building.

Great apartment in a great location

Had a great long weekend in Barcelona. Recommend booking visits to Sagrada Familia and Parc Guell as each place sells out and limits visitor numbers to improve the visitors' experience. Cable cars worth a ride. Bus Tour with tickets to visitor sites available in a range of options and public transport very good. Hosts very accommodating with arrival and departure (leaving luggage safely in the building was very helpful, Thank you)

Lovely apartment

Lovely property, clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. The welcome pack was especially thoughtful given we didn't have time to do any shopping on arrival. Air con was great given the hot weekend! Helpful hosts: lots of info on transport and easy check in, even though we arrived very late at night. Very handy location for the airport bus, which stops just a street or two over.

Well located for tourist attractions

Well located within 5 mins walk of 2 Metro stations (Sant Antoni & Urgell) giving good travel options around the City. That said there are many places that can be reached within a half-hour walk. You certainly shouldn't need a hire car. The apartment had been well cleaned & there were plenty of waste bags available for the rubbish through the week. WiFi was adequate but struggled with HD streaming, great that the aircon cost is included & with no windows you will want open is really critical. Plenty of convenience store/supermarkets within a few minutes walk. Carmen the housekeeper who welcomed us was friendly enough but does not speak English, though Eloy had assured us he would be available if required. Only negative about the apartment is lack of any drawer space in the bedrooms, plenty of hangers though! A a couple of words of warning, the places you will want to see when in Barcelona all have reasonably significant entry fees as a family of 4 we spend well over 500€ on entry fees alone + 150€ for us all to have a 5-day Metro pass. The attractions book up quickly so decide your itinerary early in your stay & book your tickets online.

Would use again

Good central location, great market nearby for breakfast, plenty of cabs and well served on the metro. Accommodation spacious and well furnished, though we didn't even use the kettle!
