A spacious 120 square meters house equipped with all comforts, including a large kitchen fully equipped, 3 bedrooms, with double bed each and a living room with another 2 single sofas for 2 more people.You will be enjoying a spacious home of 120 square meters with a large kitchen full equipped with all comforts , 3 bedrooms both with double bed each and a spacious living area where you can relax with two single sofas to accomodate another 2 people, a fireplace and a dining table. The apartment can accomodate 8 people in total, ideal for a family or friends.Moreover, we provide a private parking space, as it is difficult to find a parking space in the narrow streets of our village.

How to reach us...
To reach our property as you enter the village of Arachova just follow the signs towards the Ski Center of Parnassos Mountain. Follow the road and turn right into Parnassos Street. As soon as you reach hotel 'Ellinon Thea' turn right into Lykoreias Street. Our property is 5, Lykoreias St. Behind our house, there is a family parking space which you can use for as long as you stay with us.

Special property in a great location

This is a really special property in a delightful area of Arachova. The large balcony gives great views across town and to the mountains surrounding it. This leads to a well designed and beautifully furnished apartment. Each of the two bedrooms have large comfortable double beds and they are conveniently separated so as not to disturb each other. There is a formal living room leading to a stylish dining area. The kitchen and bathroom are both modern and well equipped. It was a delight that everything was available and moreover worked. There were extra special things provided like fresh bread daily and homemade cakes and pastries.

Excellent very clean and the landlady made us feel like homw

The house was perfect, very very clean, warm, and the landlady made us feel like home. She provided us with warm bread every day, welcome freshly baked cake, and warm spinach pie the day we left.i hope I will find the place vacant again so we can come back.

Wonderful Stay

We stayed two nights in this cosy and nicely decorated flat. Arachova is a nice little town and was perfect situated for visiting nearby Delphi. Vasso is a great host and warmly welcomed us and treated us with delicious homemade orangecake. We only can recommend this place!!!! Thank you for everything!!!!

Charm, Comfort, and True Hospitality

We arrived in Arachova after an overnight trip from the States tired, but excited for our adventure. Despite unusual rain, we drove through the windy streets and were blown away by the cute little town. Upon arrival to Guest House Simou, Vasso greeted us with a smile and helped us get settled. The property was beyond charming - far exceeded our expectations. Each room had touches of character and charm. We had more than enough room as a family of four. The property was clean and well maintained. There is an amazing terrace that overlooks the rooftops - again the pictures do not capture the view which is amazing.It was a perfect location as well. We were able to easily walk to all the shops and restaurants, which we did just after settling in. It was a perfect starting point to visit Delphi (15 mins so you can beat the rush of tour buses). Vasso was truly a special hostess. Her communications were always speedy and kind. She offered great suggestions for walking around town. In the morning she delighted us with home baked orange bread and these delightful feta cheese pastries. She has also stocked our fridge with some basics and lunch treat. We could not have felt more welcome and taken care of! This was our first stop on our Greek adventure, and we fell in love with the country immediately. If you find yourself lucky enough to stay at Guest House Simou you will not be disappointed. Truly a magical little gem in an adorable little village. Thank you Vasso!
