About the property

This recently modernised and extended Queen Anne House sits on the beach at Sandgate. There is direct access from the house onto the pedestrian promenade and beach. The house itself has been updated to include four double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. The lounge/dining room opens directly onto the sea facing deck, has and includes a fully operational kitchen. In the basement is a further kitchen which can be used when catering for larger numbers. Also in the basement is a games room with pool/air hockey/table tennis table and a piano, along with a number of board games.

Wonderful property and located right on the beach

We had a very relaxing stay right on the beach, even in January! The property was perfect - and in a great location offering plenty to do in doors with games room and history of the property itself. Great views from waking up in the master through dinner at the dining table in the evening. And lots of pubs/restaurants in close walking distance. Thank you for a great getaway!!!

Sandgate is a very tranquil property.

Myself and my wife spent a very relaxing weekend at Sandgate for my Birthday.

Sandgate is imaculate, and the hamper on our arrival was a fantastic touch.

And if you have any problems at all the owners of the property are on the end of the phone.

We will be revisiting the property that’s for sure.

The house is ideal for those wanting to relax by the sea. There are plenty walks and places you can cycle to. Dungeness. the UKs only desert, is close by. Trips to Canterbury, Dover Castle and Port Lympne Wildlife Park are a must.

For those wishing to go to France, the Eurotunnel is less than 10 minutes away
