Beautiful 4 bed 3 bath villa with lovely sea views and private pool

A 4 bedroom detached villa in a quiet, established residential area of Cala Egos near the busy resort of Cala D'Or. A private garden contains a good-sized swimming pool with paved and lawned areas surrounded by traditional majorcan-style stone walls. The property has plenty of road-side parking to the front and rear and direct access to the sea-front via the rear gate.

On the first floor, the villa has a master bedroom and 2 smaller bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and an additional fold-away single bed. The room has a large en-suite bathroom and opens out onto an expansive balcony overlooking the garden ,with superb sea views. The 2 other bedrooms share a large Jack & Jill style bathroom and both have individual balconies (one with garden view and one with sea view). One bedroom has a king size bed and the other a double bed.

On the ground floor, the villa has a large bedroom with a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with shower bath. The bedroom has patio doors opening out onto the pool and outdoor dining area. The living area comprises an entrance hall, opening into lounge dining area, fully equipped newly fitted kitchen and utility room as well as a cloakroom.

There is a wall mounted safe in the hallway on the ground floor .

The villa is very well equipped, with air-conditioning in all the bedrooms, WiFi, IPTV, oven, induction hob, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine and tumble dryer. The kitchen is well stocked and with sufficient utensils and crockery for more than 8 guests.

For younger guests , there are 2 Travel cots, a single pull out bed, 2 high chairs and 2 stair gates.

Outside in the private garden, there are outdoor dining tables and chairs to the front and rear of the property with a brick-built barbecue. Around the pool there are 8 sun beds and occasional patio furniture along with sun umbrellas to provide shade. An outdoor staircase leads to the large roof terrace with outdoor seating and 2 further sun beds. The roof terrace has stunning sea-views and is very popular with guests.

Excellent property

Property in great location and provides everything you require from a holiday villa, the owners have thought about every requirement. Property is located in a very quiet neighbourhood and right next to the sea.

Great villa with excellent sea views ! Had a wonderfully relaxing week . The hosts are very responsive, the villas rooftop space is amazing and with just a short walk to the village centre it really is a wonderful place to stay !

Beautiful villa.

We had a great family holiday at Casa De Mar. The villa has stunning views. The location was perfect as we were travelling with my two young nephews. Only a short walk away to shops and restaurants. The restaurants were lovely and we never had a bad meal. We went to the marina for a meal one night to say thank you to our parents for a fantastic holiday and it was out of this world. The pool area was great and the non slip floor around the pool was great for our nephews and put our mind at rest. We really had a fantastic time and the villa had everything we needed. It was our first time to the area and definitely not the last. We would really recommend this villa.

Fantastic Family Villa

Casa de Mar is a fantastic villa with all the home comforts you need to start enjoying your holiday from the moment you arrive. Spacious, spotlessly clean, fully equipped kitchen (fridge mentioned in Oct review has been replaced), very comfortable beds and the most amazing pool - there is nothing not to love about this villa. It is situated within an easy walk to the restaurants, shops and the marina. Highly recommend staying at Casa de mar and hope to return next year.

Amazing

Fabulous Villa, we loved every minute of our stay! 4 spacious bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen! The real star of the property is the pool, it was just perfect for my grandchildren! Loved the roof terrace and close to shops bars and restaurants! Would definitely recommend.

We (Andy & Ailsa) first visited Cala Egos and Cala d'Or in 1997 on holiday with our children and loved the area. Having enjoyed many further holidays in Mallorca we decided to buy a holiday home for us and our family - Casa De Mar. Now retired, we love spending time at the villa with our children and grandchildren throughout the year and hope that our guests enjoy it as much as we do.

Quiet residential area with secure garden - ideal for families. 5 minute walk to the resort of Cala Egos with Supermarkets, Beaches, Restaurants, Shops & bars. Close to Cala D'Or Marina and a short taxi ride/pleasant walk to Cala d'Or town. Fantastic sea views from the villa. Guests tell us its a "home from home".
