Very well located at the foot of the Signal, Apartment 60 m². Sleeps 7, 4th floor with lift, private ski locker in the basement.
The apartment has just been completely renovated in a warm contemporary high-end style, smoked wood veneers, canopy etc ... It is labeled Alpe d'Huez and has received a 4 * classification by the station.
Good thermal and sound insulation
A large bedroom with a 160 cm bed, a large sleeping alcove in the entrance with a 2-place alcove bed in 140 and another suspended alcove bed in 80. These two beds require a little flexibility, so are not suitable from a certain age ...
A large living room 30 m² with good quality new 140 cm sofa bed, club armchair; new fitted kitchen, light gray lacquered and wood, new appliances, dishwasher, 3 induction hobs, large fridge, microwave combination oven, Senséo coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, raclette / pierrade and fondue appliances.
TV and DVD player. Laminate wood look floor.
Separate WC. Renovated bathroom with large walk-in shower, heated towel rail, 4 kg washing machine.

At the foot of the slopes, the Le Stade ski lift (at the foot of the Signal) at 100 m. Roundabout of the slopes (packages, cable car, ESF) at 300 m. Ski back to back guaranteed.
Close to all shops (Games district) Sports center 6 min walk. Convenience store, ski-in / ski-out rental.
A covered parking space reserved in a building at 200 m (maximum height 1m90, watch out for your roof boxes)
Attention for the winter season the rental is only possible from Saturday to Saturday.
240x220 (3) and 150 x 200 (2) duvets. Bed linen and towels not provided (sheets not furnished), rental possible on specific request.
End of stay cleaning is included.
WiFi is not provided, we advise you to rent or buy a rechargeable mobile box (we have an Airbox from Orange, it works very well) or to share co

Really smart apartment close to slopes with beautiful south facing view
A cosy, smart, well appointed apartment close to the slopes and right next to the supermarket which made self catering very easy. There is a beautiful south facing view of the mountains from the. The cubby hole for the single bed is cosy and would not suit someone very tall but there is a sofa bed which can be used instead.

Modern, clean, good view and spacious living spaces
Overall it was a good location for skiing and a lovely apartment for the 4 of us. There is one bedroom and 2 “cubby hole” beds in the entrance hall which just about worked ok, but lack of drawers for clothes, although lots of cupboard space for storing cases etc. Would have been easier not to have to bring own towels and bed sheets, but that was made clear on the website.

Très bon séjour
Nous avons séjourné dans cet appartement suite au changement de conciergerie. Contrairement au commentaire précédent, nous n'avons pas eu de difficultés à accéder à l'appartement. La remise des clés s'est faite par une boite à clé, très pratique. Nous n'avons également pas subit de nuisances sonores, peut-être est-ce du à la chance mais l'appartement ne nous a pas paru mal isolé. L'appartement est très bien équipé avec de l'electroménager moderne, de nombreux couverts et une grande table pour prendre les repas. L'espace séjour est spacieux et lumineux, très agréable. Enfin pour l'espace nuit, la chambre est très spacieuse également. Pour les deux autres lits, ceux-ci sont situés dans l'entrée et convienne pour des personnes pas trop grandes. Le casier à ski se situe au sous-sol, pas très pratique pour les skieurs avec les nombreux escaliers. Le départ de l'appartement ne se fait pas skis au pieds (oeufs DMC1 à 200 mètres en montant) mais le retour oui. Nous avons passé une semaine au ski très agréable.

Appartement très bien placé, face au levé du jour et des montagnes, très dépaysant ! lumineux, départ skis pieds, arrivée skis pieds, très fonctionnel. Nous n'avons manqué de rien, grand frigo, ustensiles... Restaurants et activités à proximité.

Déception totale !
L’appartement est très bien situé…. Il est très bien équipé et aménagé. MAIS : Contact avec la personne qui remet les clés très compliqué pour check in et check out. Ménage pas fait : Miettes, poussières et saletés par terre, sous les protections des chaises, devant le canapé et sur la plaque de cuisson. L’aspirateur ne fonctionnait pas et j’ai dû bricoler la prise pour y remédier. L’appartement est très mal isolé : Les fenêtres se ferment très difficilement et même fermées ont entend les voitures et les passant. On entend aussi les voisins du dessus et du dessous parler, marcher et festoyer jusqu’à pas d’heure. Pour finir le parking n’est pas dans la Residence et il faut une lampe pour y circuler à pied car pas de lumière dans la cage d’escalier ! Enfin, j’attends toujours mon dédommagement financier promis par la propriétaire qui ne semble pas tenir parole. Bref, pour le prix de 1800 euros la semaine hors vacances scolaire, cet appartement et sa gestion sont totalement sur côté !
