Charlet at the foot of the Kitzsteinhorn lift, with stunning mountain views

Alpenhaus Kesselfall is the middle of nature at the end of Kapruner valley with 1 km to the lift on the Kitzsteinhorn glacier. The last 500 meters to the house run in a tracked vehicle in the winter, so snow is completely untouched around the house.
This is the perfect place for family, friends or companies that want to keep the holidays together under one roof.
Alpenhaus Kesselfall consists of a large dining room, lounge and large industrial kitchen with the possibility of staff on request. The rooms are spread over 3 single rooms, 8 double and 5 family rooms. Half of the rooms have private bath and toilet, where the other half have a shared shower and toilet in the hallway.

Absolutely stunning!

We came as a group of 23, some of us had been to a different part of Austria before and some this was their first time! On speaking on behalf of everyone the setting of the hotel is completely stunning! Views we have never seen before! The hotel was amazing so much space, everything we could ever need for self catering! The hotel was warm the whole way through the holiday! No problems what so ever! The place is so unique and unspoilt it’s makes it magical getting up to the hotel by the little truck made the holiday as well as was so different to do and so private which was amazing! Kristian and Pernille were amazing and so welcoming and lovely! Amazing English as well :)! We couldn’t have had better people to deal with while staying in their hotel, everything we needed was there, information, guidance, support, privacy! We will 100% be returning in 2020/2021 as this is what a magical Christmas should be like! Thank you so much again kristian and Pernille and wish you both a happy new year for 2019! Goede ontvangst en fijne communicatie. Mooie omgeving met fijn skigebied. Chalet is wel niet bereikbaar Met eigen auto’s. Er is wel een busje van de eigenaars ter beschikking om tot aan de chalet te geraken. Bij aankomst waren er niet voor iedereen een handdoek en/of voldoende lakens beschikbaar. Onder de bedden was het niet zo proper. Er lag veel stof en wat vuil van vorige gasten.

Faschingsferein im Kesselfallhaus

Wir waren mit ca. 40 Personen im Kesslfallhaus und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Zimmer, der Aufenhaltsraum, der HotPott sind echt super. Ein großer Dank gilt den hilfsbereiten Vermietern, es war eine wunderbare Woche!

Weihnachten am Kesselfall

Unsere große Familie hat sich über die Weihnachtsfeiertage mehr als wohl gefüllt. Der ausreichende Platz, die gute Ausstattung und die tolle Lage des Hauses haben den Aufenthalt für uns alle zu etwas ganz besonderem gemacht. Wir kommen sehr gern wieder!

Great house, location not so

We all loved the house. It's warm, cosy and has all the necessities you need for wintersport. Last time I checked it wasn't advertised, but it also has an outside hot tub. Greatest disadvantage is the distance to the skiing slopes, and that the bus doesn't stop close to the house. You always have to take the car to the skiing slopes. If you like a bit of apres skiing, like we do, then you will always need a cab or a designated driver. Hosts were really friendly and helpful, big cheers for that!
