Luxury ap. Bonaria are only 300m from the beach and only a 1000m from the UNESCO protected town of Trogir.
It offers free Wi-Fi , elegantly designed rooms, wonderful view, children playing corner by the pool and fully equipped kitchen.
Bura (very strong northern wind) apartment is in the third(last) floor of Villa Bonaria. It has two bedrooms, one large master bedroom and one two single bed room, one bathroom, modern living and dining room, kitchen and a balcony for relaxing.
Villa Bonaria is surrounded by forest so at the same time you can listen birds singing and watch a breathtaking sunset.
All of our guests can use a washer and a drier in a storage room just by the Levanat apartment in the ground floor.
In the living room we have a sofa bed witch makes this apartment perfect for couples with children, it is suitable for 4+1.

week in Bura apartment

The property is lovely with a fantastic pool and outside area. unfortunately all the apartments with the larger balconies had gone so we were in a smaller apartment with a side balcony. it was well furnished and fine for a family of 5. The best part were Diana and family who made us feel so welcome, were at hand whenever we had a problem or question. We asked a few questions about the BBQ area and found all the BBQ utensils and firelighters left for us to use that evening. The steep hill climb is often mentioned and should certainly figure as the roads / steps are very steep, but you are presented with a magnificent view from the apartment of the sea / beaches / village below that makes it worthwhile. A 5-10min walk down to the beach and 10-15 min walk to Trogir both with steep inclines are manageable for reasonably fit people. We would definitely stay again and look to book earlier to secure an apartment with the larger balcony.

schönes Apartment mit Pool

Der Weg zum Apartment ist wirklich steil. Von der Hauptstraße muss man eine 120 Grad Kurve nehmen, um den Berg hochzufahren, danach kommen zwei weitere steile Straßen, die zu bewältigen sind. Es kommen einem überalle andere Autos entgegen und diverse Fußgänger. Das ist auch der Weg zum Strand. Der Blick von da oben ist traumhaft. Der Pool und die Liegen etc. macht vieles wett. Die Wohnung (Bora) hat nur einen schmalen Balkon mit vier Stühlen und einem kleinen Tisch sowie einen Wäscheständer und geht vom Kinderzimmer ab. Morgens keinen Sonnenschutz. Die Wohnung ist schön und neu. Der Raum, in der die Waschmaschine steht, wird von der Hausmeisterin auf und wieder abgeschlossen. Da wir sehr oft im Urlaub waschen, war das ein bisschen umständlich.

schön und ruhig

Die Ferienwohnung ist schön und gut ausgestattet... es ist sehr heiss zum schlafen weil die Klimaanlage im Wohnbereich ist und die anderen Zimmer nicht viel davon haben 🤔 Ausblick herrlich nur der Balkon etwas klein. Pool und Aussenanlage (Liege und Sitzgelegenheiten) mit Aussendusche sehr schön. Es ist ein sehr sehr steiler Weg hinauf bis zur Ferienwohnung

Flott leilighet med fantastisk utsikt

Vi hadde et flott opphold i leiligheten Bura. Rent, moderne og god planløsning på leiligheten. Negativt at det kun var air condition i stuen, men det løste seg ved å ha soveromsdørene åpne. Balkongen var skuffende liten, men utsikten var fantastisk. Fint bassengområde. Veldig bratte bakker opp til leiligheten - godt da å kunne hoppe i bassenget.

Why they chose this property

Villa Bonaria is our family home built 25y ago and reconstructed in 2013.
Villa is about 300m from sea with only green forest behind it and a wonderful view in front of it overlooking the whole Saldun bay.
Since owners live on the first floor of our villa-they are always on your disposal during your stay.
