Availability of underground parking. Its large garden is ideal for putting bicycles or water toys. It is just 5 minutes from the beach and next to several beach bars. Great location

Really enjoyed our stay. Spacious property with everything you need for your stay. Plenty of outdoor space. 5 min walk from the beach, 10 min walk from centre of town. Took up Rosa's recommendations of restaurants, very accommodating.

Distance to beach and Pollensa centre not a problem for youngish family . For more mature person a bit of a walk particularly in heat of the day. Difficulty in getting taxi's into centre , no problem other way .
