Pinewalk Apartment Mino is a beautiful style first floor beachfront apartment in the famous and beautiful area called Pine Walk. The apartment consists of 3bedroom, one is a double bed with an ensuite complete bathroom, this bedroom is very bright because it has big sliding window doors opening to the terrace facing the sea and the bay. The other two bedrooms have twins beds each and sharing a shower room.

Also has an open fully equiped kitchen including a dishwasher, the lounge / dinning room is very bright from the natural sun light, it opens on to the furnished terrace offering fabulous views to the sea and the bay of Pto Pollença.

This property has Airconditioning cold and hot throughout the whole apartment.

Washing machine and dryer are provided to make your holidays easier as well as Wifi, TV, and DVD.

The main entrance for this apartment is on the rear with a private iron gate and a few steps up to enter the apartment.

Linen is changed eleven per week as well as a midweek towel change and light clean.

Beautiful position, well managed apartment - thoroughly enjoyable stay! Will return !

Position and location is amazing although the Entrance at the back is not very inviting.

The apartment is nicely laid out. Plenty of storage space. The middle bedroom is very small with no windows but it does fit twin beds in ok.

The overall impression of the apartment is contemporary and modern . However some of the fittings were a little worn- the odd broken floor tile and ripped awning on the balcony, crack in the bathroom basins, slow wifi , frequent power cuts .

The views from the balcony are amazing and the apartment is perfectly located close to everything but in an area of true beauty.

Any issues we mentioned to Josefa were sorted out instantly.

We would stay again in apartment Mino but with one or two minor improvements it would be sensational!

Thanks to Josefa our stay was fabulous.

Beautiful apartment, great owner, fantastic views

The apartment looks as good as it does in the photos. Each of the rooms is well appointed with plenty of storage space for clothes and there are plenty of plug sockets too. Both the living area and the double bedroom lead directly onto the large balcony. The kitchen has a glass hob, separate oven, microwave oven and fridge freezer. There is plenty of crockery, various pots and pans, cooking utensils and cutlery. The washer and dryer are located on the same floor on the rear balcony in the stairwell. All rooms are fitted with modern air-conditioning units. Josefa left a welcome pack in the living room which gives all the information you need to work out how to operate the cooker, oven, air-con etc. In addition there is some local information in it if this is your first time staying in the area. The apartment is cleaned once every week with a towel change twice a week. On our arrival we found we could not find the wifi router name (shown within the welcome pack) on our devices. I sent Josefa a text and the next day a maintenance man arrived with a new router and the problem was rectified. While waiting for him to arrive we found we could not get the dishwasher to turn on and while he was there this was also fixed. He was very polite and advised us to contact her if there were any other issues. Some days later there was a problem with the air-con unit in the main bedroom leaking when in use and rather unfortunately at the same time the boiler, located by the washing machine, started to leak. A quick message to Josefa had both problems fixed quickly. Now, you might be thinking, “this sounds like a nightmare”, but we are realists and accept that sometimes things break down. Our measure of a property owner is how they respond to such issues and Josefa dealt with everything quickly, efficiently and politely. Nothing was too much trouble for her. Even after we left she messaged us to check we had a good time and to apologise for any issues that had cropped up during our stay. As a gesture of goodwill she made a small refund and on our return to the UK the deposit I had paid was also refunded within a couple of days. Apartment Mino is a lovely, clean, modern and spacious property with all the amenities you could want and Josefa is a very conscientious owner. Were we ever to return to Puerto Pollensa we would definitely consider booking with her again and I highly recommend this property to others.

Lovely apartment in perfect location

Lovely modern apartment with a beautiful large balcony to make the most of the outstanding views. Perfectly located on the pine walk for the beach and the many lovely restaurants Puerto Pollensa has to offer. We had a lovely holiday and would have no hesitation staying in this apartment again.

Mehr Meer geht nicht

Schöne geräumige Wohnung mit den zwei Bädern und drei Schlafzimmern. Am schönsten ist das Schlafzimmer mit Meerblick vom Doppelbett aus (mit angrenzendem Wannenbad). Das 2. Bad hat eine großzügige Dusche. Es wäre nicht schlecht, wenn noch etwas mehr Ablage- oder Abstellfläche im Bad vorhanden wäre. (Wir haben den Nachttisch aus dem 3. -

von uns ungenutzten - Schlafzimmer dort platziert.) Das innenliegende kleine Schlafzimmer (2 Einzelbetten) ohne Fenster (nur mit Oberlicht zur Wohnküche) war aber auch okay für nur zum Schlafen. Drittes Schlafzimmer zur kleinen Gasse nach hinten raus mit zwei Einzelbetten. Teilweise ein bisschen laut nachts, weil unten gegenüber eine kleine Kneipe. In den Schlafzimmern sehr viel Schrankplatz zum Unterbringen der Sachen. Schöne großzügige Terrasse zum Meer nur durch die schmale Strandpromenade getrennt und gleich schmaler Strandstreifen - für Familien mit Kleinkindern ideal. Küche gut eingerichtet mit allem, was man braucht. Allerdings dauerte Kaffeekochen mit der Kaffeemaschine - warum auch immer - eine 3/4 Stunde... Großer Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle und Backofen sowie Inductionsherd. Viel Schrankplatz auch in der Küche. Bei Aufenthalt von einer Woche (Sa-Sa) kamen dienstags gegen Mittag zwei Damen zum Putzen (fanden wir nicht notwendig, so nur Handtuchwechsel). Schlüsselübergabe und -rückgabe durch Kästchen mit Zahlencode an der Haustür ist ideal, da keine lange Wartezeiten/Übergabe-/Rückgabezeiten. Parken in der kleinen Straße nicht möglich, aber um die Ecke über die Straße immer kostenfreien Parkplatz gefunden. Hervorzuheben ist der sehr freundliche Kontakt zur Vermieterin Josefa. Sie hat immer sofort auf E-Mails reagiert und versucht, den Gästen den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu machen. Kinderhochstuhl und Babybett standen wie bestellt bereit. Alles war sauber und in gutem Zustand und hell und freundlich eingerichtet. Wir haben nichts vermisst. Der Blick von der Terrasse war besonders morgens bei Sonnenaufgang und abends grandios. Pizzeria gleich ein paar Häuser weiter, ansonsten diverse Restaurants in ein paar Minuten an der Strandpromenade erreichbar. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen! Vielen Dank an Josefa!
