Also on the ground floor is a bathroom and the kitchen with the living room, which grow in one area leads to a lovely terrace overlooking the flowery garden.
Access to the floor can be done either from the staircase that starts from the living room or from the external staircase, since it has a separate entrance. Upstairs there is a bedroom with double bed and bathroom. The bedroom has a balcony with panoramic views.
