This 2 bed, 2 bathroom apartment is perfect for everyone, the property is on the ground floor and has its own private garden next to the communal pool. If you fancy a dip in the sea, then you only have a short stroll which will take you to the promenade where you will find Cabo Roig Beach with its live entertainment at the weekend, bar, toilets, food and sun loungers, which equate to sun bathers paradise. If eating and drinking out is your thing, this property is located next to Cabo Roig strip which will give you a vast quantity of restaurants and bars of all nationalities and price ranges. A short drive from the apartment could take you to one of 5 local golf courses should you want to play including Villamartin, Campoamor, Las Ramblas and Las Colinas. Tee times can be arranged prior to your holiday should you want to commit yourself online. At the apartment you will find air conditioning and English TV, free wi-fi, washing machine, iron & ironing board as well as the usual home from home comforts. Al fresco dining in the garden is a dream, where you will find both sun and shade for you to lounge in. Sun loungers are available for you in the garden to chill in the Spanish sun shine. The property is situated in the perfect location within the complex as it is a corner plot next to the swimming pool so when you are feeling hot in the sun the pool is only a stones throw away to cool yourself down. The main bedroom has a double bed, you will also find a twin room and a family bathroom, a further toilet can be found as you enter the property. The kitchen is well equipped should you want to eat at the apartment. The complex is gated and has grills on the windows and doors for added safety. There is parking available within the complex as well as a small play area for children. Zenia Boulevard is a short drive away where you will find an array of retails shops as well as a floor dedicated to restaurants which are open late into the night. You will also find smaller tapas and coffee shops scattered within the retail shops should you need a rest. There is plenty of free parking at the Boulevard. There are plenty of local beaches should you want to vary from Cabo Roig, La Zenia, Campoamor, Playa Flamenca to name a few, they all have the necessary facilities. €60 is payable on arrival for clean & laundry, this is for up to 4 people and an extra €5 thereafter. Arrival is after 2.00pm and departure before 10.00am unless other arrangements have been made. A €10 surcharge applies for departures and arrivals outside of 8.00am - 8.00pm. And a surcharge of €25 will apply for arrivals after 10.00pm. Welcome packs can be arranged.
