About the property

Spacious semi detached house in a small village near Montreux & Vevey

The villa is located in the pretty village of Blonay in a residential and quiet area. Already in altitude offering a panoramic view while remaining very close to the lake, Vevey and Montreux. The location is ideal for families and nature lovers looking for a relaxing holiday.

In front of the house (below) a large private parking allows to park several big cars or minibuses

Access to the house is separated from the main house. A great effort was made during the design to keep the privative side for both housing. (Parking and separate access, terrace on each side of the building, hexagonal form of the house, high-end construction with double wall, etc.)

The living room, the dining room and the modern kitchen give a large open space for people to meet. The space is very bright with large bay windows offering a beautiful view of the lake and the mountains as well as direct access to the terrace,

The kitchen is modern and fully equipped to accommodate large groups.

At the entrance you will also find many storage, a toilet, a staircase to a cellar with a laundry room equipped for the guests.

Upstairs are 3 large bedrooms and two large bathrooms. Some additional bed give the possibility of organizing different extra beds

In summer:

The exterior spaces are very pleasant with the large terrace

Possibility of making walks around the house or going up with the small train to the top of the mountain (Les Pleiades)

Possibility of requesting a gas BBQ for grilling

The region offers countless possibilities (walks, lake, etc.)

The passive house remains temperate even with strong heat

In winter:

There will be occasional snow in the garden depending on the season as the house is at the limit of rain / snow. The access road is always cleared. In the vicinity of the house (300 m) a small train stop makes it possible to go up to Les Pleiades, a small family resort. 15 minutes by car you can also reach Les Paccots or 30 min by car to the main ski resorts (portes du soleil / Diableret / villars / etc)

The passive house is very comfortable with underfloor heating on both levels

Serene and beautiful!

This beautiful home is new, superbly clean, and sleek for a stay in the blonay area. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there while we traveled through Switzerland by rail. We were able to walk to the rail station each morning, downhill about a mile through the nice town. In the evenings it was late enough (and uphill) to take an uber from vevey, which was easy.

The home is in great new condition and was spacious and open. Enjoyed use of laundry machines and the beautiful views of lake Leman. The owners were incredibly accommodating and gracious. Beds were comfortable, bathrooms and showers were very nice. Kitchen well furnished. All was wonderfully clean, which is one of the most important items.

I would recommend this house to anyone who would like to have a clean space to relax in while in the Blonay/Lausanne area.

Amazing property, with awesome views of the alps. Everything has been thought of and provided for the property. The hosts were available for anything we needed. The place is also extremely kids friendly.

Fabulous house

We have just enjoyed a week's stay in this wonderful house in Blonay. The house is extremely comfortable and spacious and has everything you could possibly want or need to make it a perfect holiday base. Guillaume the owner was very helpful and made sure our stay was perfect. You definitely need a car staying here but the local area is lovely and it is very well located for getting on to the A9 or A12 to explore further afield. Would definitely recommend.

Amazing

My first time to the Lausanne area and this was a perfect spot to rest. The views are some of the best in Europe and the region is amazing to explore. The house was modern and had everything we needed. We had 7 people and more then enough room for us all.
