The apartment is located just 100 meters from the city beach of Las Canteras, only 10 minutes from the city center of Las Palmas (Spain Square), and 30 min drive from the airport. Is a Rooftop (6th floor) with lift. The apartment has-been renovated on September 2016 and offers peace and comfort. In the open terrace you can eat, read or just chilling out and enjoy the sun. The apartment is perfect for families traveling Both With One kid and / or a baby and honeymooners.

The bedroom has a double bed (135 cm). The living room has a sofa bed suitable for sleeping one adult or two kids or one kid. connection. The apartment is very well located. just 3 min from "Santa Catalina exchanger" where all buses departs to airport and south of Gran Canaria. The beach is only 1 min walking distance, and all commercial and city center are walking distance too. Also, the big mall "pier" is about 5 minutes walking from the apartment. Another shopping mall is 5 minutes walking acerca "The English Court". About 2 min from the apartment you can find "Talasoterapia Las Canteras" one of my favorites places to relax, with salt water jets, sauna, turkish bath and warm / cold jacuzzis, everything for acerca 14 euros. Near the apartment you can find all services you need as: pharmacy, gym, restaurants, cafes, night clubs, pubs, cinemas, museums, and the best beach in the world;)

The apartment has-been decorated, furnished and cleaned so that you 'can enjoy ITS full potential. I ask you to handle it With the same care and dedication so That I May and future guests enjoy it, as you will. Please be respectfull and Friendly with our neighbors.

Appart idéal

Ce douillet petit 2 pièces est idéalement situé dans le quartier de la plage de Las Canteras et à deux pas de Santa Catalina.

L'appart est propre, spacieux, bien décoré. Tout est sobre et agréable. La cuisine est bien équipée, les produits de 1ere nécessité étaient fournis.

Le lit est confortable, le WIFI de qualité (30 méga down / 3 up) et la terrasse est sympathique.

L'immeuble est calme et sécurisé. Petit supermarché au pied de l'immeuble.

Le seul point négatif est la porte coulissante qui sépare la salle de bains / toilettes du reste de l'appart.

Juan nous a très bien accueillis et renseignés.

Je recommande cet appartement et le réserverai de nouveau lors de mon prochain voyage dans l'île.

Sehr schöne Wohnung

DIE Wohnung ist für 2 Personen genau richtig. Es ist gemütlich und neu eingerichtet, ein kleiner Balkon, wobei dort die Brüstung etwas höher gebaut werden sollte. In der KÜCHE FEHLEN EINIGE KLEINE Dinge, da sollte man noch aufrüsten. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und werden bestimmt wieder kommen. Juan der uns auch in Empfang genommen hat, ist sehr nett und sehr angagiert, das man sich Wohlfühlt. Herzlichen Dank Juan.
