The newly renovated apartment, warm and tastefully furnished, is located in a small rural hamlet consisting of 6/7 houses dating back to the period 1700/1800.
The house has 2 apartments, each with private entrance and private parking.
The Casa del Borgo apartment is located on the left side of the building and developed from the ground floor to the second floor: the ground floor entrance and outdoor area with a table to eat. Climbing the stairs to the first floor you enter the eat-in kitchen with living area and double sofa bed, then there is a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower on the same level.
On the second floor there is another double bedroom with breathtaking view, the second bathroom and a room for the washing machine.

Surrounded by Tuscan countryside, the garden and the pool are exposed to the southeast and exposed to the sun from sunrise to sunset. Guests also have access to a wooden chalet with a terrace in the garden near the pool which is fenced and open from May to September. The pool is shared with the guests of the second apartment.

The landscape is typical Tuscan. The hamlet, situated at two kilometers from the village of Chianni, is an oasis of tranquility only disturbed by birdsong.

Chianni, in the province of Pisa, is dating back to the Middle Ages and it is very friendly and characteristic: there are restaurants, pizzerias, a mini market, a bank, a tobacco shop, and various souvenir shops and those with local products, you find everything you need, including the friendliness of the people, to make the holidays very pleasant.
