Summary:
This 350 m2 unique villa is located in the traditional village of Tsagarada in Pelio.Tsagarada is the most well-known tourist destination of Greece as it combines wonderful beaches for summer vacations but also mountains with ski resorts and skiing activities.

The Space:
The villa can accommodate up to ten guests. In the first floor of the property there are four bedrooms with double size beds.Two bedrooms are master with their own bathrooms and have a beautiful view in Skiathos island.

In the main floor there is a large and comfortable living area with a dining table for five persons and it is connected with a fully equipped kitchen where you can find all the necessities.The traditional fireplace gives a classy flair in the room.
In the basement you can find a sauna,a ping pong table,a gym bicycle and a bathroom. Finally the property includes a 72 m2 swimming pool in a plot of nearly 4000 m2,with trees and flowers all over!Also there is a barbeque and a warehouse.Each floor of the property is nearly 115m2.

But the greatest advantage of the house is the fantastic sea view to Skiathos island!

Fresh sheets and towels are provided and the apartment is cleaned by professionals before each visit.

All the house area is cleaned and disinfected.

Guest Access:
The well-known Mylopotamos beach and Fakistra are only in 10 minutes distance.The village of Tsagarada is about fourty five minutes distance from Volos and about one hour and a half from Nea Anchilaos airport. Tsagarada is compromised by 4 different communities (Agious Taxiarxes, Agia Paraskevi, Agia Kyriaki and Agio Stefano) with 4 different public squares.The property is located in the upper part of Agious Taxiarxes community offering a quiet and relaxing accommodation!

If you choose to book the house for winter vacations in 20 minutes distance from the property there is Chania,a place with ski resort,where you can enjoy a variety of activities such as walkabouts with horses or walks in the mountain. You will also have many options of restaurants and bars.
This amazing villa is an ideal place for family vacations or for a large group of people that are travelling together,for every period of the year!

a very nice and lovely property. recommended!

a nice vila with a beautiful garden and view. about 4 min to main street and 20 min to the beach. we did not have a wifi !!! that should be setup. we enjoyed very much and recommended.

Très belle propriété à environ 500m d'altitude au milieu d'une forêt de châtaigniers!

Très bon séjour "au frais" par rapport au bord de mer en Grèce au mois d'août! Grande piscine de 12x6m parfaite pour nager, plonger et s'amuser pour de jeunes adultes et leurs parents. La maison est aussi un bon point de départ pour des promenades aux alentours avec de très belles forêts. La plage la plus proche est à environ 15-20 mn en voiture de la maison et on peut dire que la route ne manque pas de tournants en épingles à cheveux... Petits commerces de proximité et boucher accessibles à pieds pour les sportifs ou à 5mn en voiture; boulanger et supérette à 10mn en voiture. Bonnes tavernes à proximité... Barbecue extérieur extra et table extérieure parfaite pour tous les repas. Une maison accueillante avec capsules de café pour la machine Nespresso, produits vaisselle, lave-vaisselle et lave-linge, sopalin, sacs de poubelle, fond de maison ( huile, vinaigre, sel, poivre...), torchons, lits faits et serviettes de toilette fournies (Linge de lit et serviettes changés au bout d'une semaine). Petit bémol sur l'équipement de la cuisine : il manque un plat pour le four par exemple et de bons couteaux pour couper les légumes ... Autre petit bémol, le bruit de la pompe à chaleur ou des ventilateur de refroidissement qui est gênant lorsque l'on prend un repas à côté du barbecue! La table de ping-pong au sous-sol permet de belle parties mais les raquettes mériteraient d'être renouvelées! En résumé, un excellent séjour pour 5 personnes ( 2 parents et 3 jeunes adultes de 18 à 22 ans)
