Open airy large 4 Bedroom newly constructed home located in lower Peter Bay St. John. Bedrooms are: 1 king, 1 queen, with 2 bedrooms flexible (either queen or 2 twins). Each bedroom has its own private bathroom and balcony. Heated salt water pool and shaded outdoor lounging & dining. Central air conditioning with WiFi & Dish TV. Maid Service midweek (more if necessary), on island manager, Additional Apartment - onsite also if necessary, Very short walk to private beach. Stunning views of Jost Van Dyke and Tortola. House is blessed with full sun from sunrise to sunset. Surrounded by national park. Gardens are both beautiful and productive with banana, mango, lime, plantation, coconut, and papaya. Amazing Stay at the Taylor House

We just completed our stayed at the Taylor House in July 2023 and could not have been happier. We have been visiting St. John for 15 years and and this was by far the nicest house and best location we have stayed in. The house was modern, clean, and very well appointed...everything just as advertised. My wife and I surprised our 16 year old daughter with a week long stay with 6 of her friends, and there was plenty of space for all of us to find our own spot weather it was a hammock in the shade, the pool or a balcony soaking in the view. The location was great, convenient to all the best beaches, hiking trails and a short drive to Cruz Bay. Communications with the property owner, Robert, and property manager, Marcus, were seamless. Both were extremely responsive to our requests and were committed to making every aspect of our visit outstanding. Marcus is a gem, from assisting us with luggage transport, introduction to local taxis and truly going above and beyond by cooking us a multi-course Caribbean inspired dinner. You won't find a nicer more genuine person on the island... Anxious to come back to the amazing Taylor house as soon as we can!

Nothing short of perfect

We spent 10 days at the Taylor House with my family of 4 and my parents (6 total). It was absolute perfection. The home was immaculate, the view is unmatched and everything you’d need is there for you. The private beach is awesome - and very, very rare in St John. But the real gem of this home is Marcus. Marcus runs the property and goes above and beyond to ensure your stay is amazing. He is kind, thoughtful, responsive and an excellent chef. We had him cook for us 2 nights and had Chef Matt cook for us 3 nights. All of the food was excellent. I’d highly recommend hiring Marcus or Matt to cook a few nights because you will not want to leave the house. It was very nice to not have to venture out - especially with little kids. If available, I will come back every year - and hope Marcus doesn’t go anywhere!! This place is truly a gem. You will not be disappointed!

Spring Break ‘23

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! This was our 4th time to St John and this was our favorite spot to stay! We loved the beaches and proximity to all the sites! The home was comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with supplies! Thanks for having us!
