About this property

Villa directly on the sea located in the stretch of coast that extends between the Gulf of Procchio and the Bay of Spartaia. Completely independent, it has access only via a pedestrian way , a gate from the provincial road on which there are two parking spaces. From the gate through a characteristic granite staircase downhill you get to the villa which is composed of a kitchen equipped with oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, living room with sea view, double bedroom, twin bedroom, bedroom with bunk beds, two bathrooms, one of which with bath / shower and the other service, only with shower and toilet. The property includes large outdoor areas equipped with tables and chairs, relaxation areas. From the solarium you have access to the sea via a ladder carved into the cliff. Pets allowed on request.

Very nice house with perfect sea view

Nice house with good walking distance to Procchio. The terrace and the living room are great. The other rooms are ok. Overall this is a cozy house for up to 4 adults or 2 adults with up to 4 children. The house has a direct and private access to the sea but entering is only possible via rough stones. Bathing shoes are recommended.
