Clean, spacious apartment.
Convenient position for walk to shops, bars and restaurants. Bus station (to rest of island) 15 min. Well equipped and owner and representatives helpful and friendly. No views from apartment although swimming pool and sun beds only a few yards away. Internet slow (server problem?) most of the 2 weeks we were there.
I'm not going to rent this apartment again.
I rented an apartment in the period from 5 Nov to 17 Dec 2017.
In general, the apartment was ok but it was sparse with wine glasses.
The janitor and his lady were very helpful.
The number of TV channels indicated in the prospect did not match. There were 38 regular Spanish (Spanish speaking) channels. The European satellite channels were about 40 German (German) channels.
The We-fee was either bad, weak and choppy.
The terrace was sandwiched between two tall concrete walls in the front and on one side. No view to the pool and no sun on the terrace.
Information and any pictures from the terrace should be included in the prospectus.
There was and something vanlekage beyond the floor by the toilet.
I can give the apartment 2-3 stars.
The price per day should not be higher than 35 euros.

Estuvimos alojadas 1 semana y el apartamento muy bien.
Un poquito alejado de la playa pero caminado en 15 min estabas.
Centro comercial cercano con supermercado, farmacia y restaurantes y parada de taxis justo en la puerta de la zona residencial.
