Apartment with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and private parking. Located in the historic centre, about a 20 minute walk from the Cathedral in Macarena - one of the most traditional and liveliest neighbourhoods in Seville. Suitable for up to 5 guests.

All rooms have french windows facing the courtyard of the house - making it a quiet place to stay. Other features include central air-conditioning (hot/cold), and free wi-fi internet access.

The living-dining area is furnished with a sofa, a central table and a large screen TV. Dining table and 6 chairs. The separate kitchen, off the entrance hall, is fully equipped with utensils and main appliances for self-catering, including a Nespresso coffee machine, oven, washing machine and dishwasher.

There are 3 bedrooms for 5 guests. One twin bedroom, one double bedroom and one single bedroom, which also features a work desk.

There are two full bathrooms complete with shower.

The apartment is located on Arrayán street close to Alameda de Hércules. There are markets, shops, cafes, bars, restaurants, squares, churches - all within minutes walking distance.

Beautiful Apartment

This is a lovely apartment in a convenient and very quiet location; there are lots of restaurants and shops nearby and its only about a 20 minute walk into the centre of Sevilla. The owners have furnished and equipped the apartment to a great standard. The owners met us at the apartment on arrival and went through all the equipment with us. The only problem that we had was that we found the lounge and the kitchen a little on the cold side although the bedrooms and bathrooms were fine. We mentioned this to the owner on departure and I am sure he will attend to this as he is an excellent and attentive host. We can highly recommend this apartment.

Excellent Apartment

If you want to have a beautiful place to stay in while visiting Sevilla, look no further. This apartment has everything that a traveler looks for. There is not one detail that has been overlooked. Salvadore and Pepa welcome you into Sevilla as family; they answer all questions, help with all questions. I will definitely book this home when I return to Sevilla and suggest you do the same. You will not be disappointed.

Stunningly beautiful apartment in excellent location with outstanding host!

This apartment is outstanding, spotless, beautiful high class furniture and accessories, very comfortable beds, looks exactly as the photos! The apartment was so well equipped you could not possibly ask for more.

Salvador was an excellent host - meeting us on time and leaving really comprehensive information, maps and a a super tasty welcome pack!

The apartment is in an excellent location within east walking distance of several of the main sights and 15 mins walk to main shopping centre and centre, the area is buzzy with excellent restaurants but without the hustle and bustle of the main city centre!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, would definitely choose this apartment for our next visit and will be recommending to family and friends - cannot recommend highly enough!

Magnifique hébergement

Il s'agit d'un superbe appartement bien équipé dans un beau bâtiment disposant d'une cour charmante, se trouvant dans la vieille ville de Séville. Profitant de cette situation géographique très pratique, on a pu tout faire à pied. Juste quelques petits détails à faire attention :

- les rues autour du bâtiment sont souvent très étroites. Si vous avez un minibus, vous ne pourriez probablement pas utiliser le garage des propriétaires. Trouver une place dans les rues n'est pas toujours chose facile. Les parkings couverts ne sont pas tous dimensionnés pour accueillir des véhicules de gros gabarit.

- sans doute dû aux contraintes du lieu, le chauffe-eau ne permet pas aux douches d'être utilisées en même temps

- probablement aussi dû aux contraintes du lieu, il n'y a pas d'air conditionné dans la cuisine.

Notre séjour s'est bien passé malgré la canicule. Les propriétaires sont d'une gentillesse extraordinaire. Merci encore Pepa et Salvador !

Location

Macarena is a district full of local activity and colour, located in the northern part of the historic centre of Seville. Partially enclosed by a section of Seville’s ancient city wall, Macarena overflows with character stemming from its working-class history.

There is the wonderful fresh food market on Feria Street, as well as several bakeries, grocery stores, tapas bars and restaurants all nearby. The vibrant Alameda de Hércules is a recently renovated tree-lined square, popular with families during the day and with those who enjoy night-life after dark. The Alameda has many cafés, modern terrace bars and clubs which stay open late into the night.

Heading north you'll find the Macarena gate, within a long stretch of the original city defensive walls, and the Basilica of the Macarena, home of one of Seville's most venerated religious images of the Virgin Mary.
