About this property

The complex is ideally situated for all local tourist attractions. All the bars, restaurants and attractions are around 15 minutes walk away. The apartment is ideally situated if you wish to walk to Kato Paphos or the Old Town of Paphos, with its' market place and traditional taverna's.
Should you hire a car, there is easy access to the main arterial routes & parking available. Paphos airport is just a 15 minute drive away.
The large communal pool makes this a great place to relax & cool off in the Cyprus sun. Sun loungers are provided with the apartment.
Situated on the 2nd floor the apartment consists of:-
The master bedroom has a double bed with bedside cabinets, fitted wardrobes, dressing table with large mirror, chest of drawers. A hairdryer and heat resistant mat are provided. The second bedroom has two single beds, fitted wardrobes, a dressing table with a large mirror.
A large living/kitchen area makes the apartment the perfect place to unwind & enjoy a dream holiday.
A breakfast bar & dining table are provided for guests who prefer to eat inside.
A sofa bed ensures there is ample sleeping for 6 guests.
All rooms are air conditioned which is included in price.
The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, fridge/freezer, microwave & a washing machine. A TV and DVD player are provided, the TV only has a SKY TV package including sports and movies, which is available at an additional charge, please ask for details. Free wifi, the signal reaches to pool area!
The large balcony overlooks the communal pool & is blessed with afternoon sunshine.
The bathroom has a bath with a shower over. A bath mat and floor mats are provided for your safety and comfort.
All linen and towels provided.
An iron and ironing board are provided!

Paphos has established itself as the premier holiday destination on the south coast of Cyprus.
The area provides a full range of holiday activities from water sports to historical sites, such as Paphos mosaics, the picturesque harbour & Tomb of the kings World Heritage Site.

Moving to Cyprus

The apartment is an excellent size with all basic needs catered for. Any query I have had has been promptly dealt with by the owner and communication with him has been a pleasure. I would highly recommend this property to others as it is 10 min walk to the harbor and the same to the old town. Have really enjoyed staying here.

Dass Objekt liegt direkt an einer stark befahrenen Durchgangsstraße.

Die Wohnung ist schön hell und hat eine gute Raumaufteilung. Die Küche ist sehr einfach eingerichtet. Der Fernseher hatte keinen Empfang. Der Verwalter war sehr bemüht, einige Unzulänglichkeiten zu regeln.

Why they chose this property

we purchased the apartment due to the large airy rooms. It is ideally situated close to all the local amenities and attractions. The short 15 minute drive from the airport is on a direct route. The large pool provides regular swimmers the opportunity to exercise, while enjoying the warm sunshine.
