Splendid

Only good things to say about the Holborn apartment. Really, it is quite tough to get better value for money, and that goes without saying that we were only two people staying there! All facilities worked great (Internet was a prior need and it worked flawlessly) and the location is, simply, superb. You have to walk around 5-7 minutes to get to any different London underground line. Plus, not many neighbourhoods are this nice. Oh, and the gym membership is an amazingly nice touch, specially the indoors pool in winter. Highly recommended.

Comfortable Stay

We were a group of 4 adults and 4 children and had a very comfortable stay for 8 days in London. The flat was as advertised and the location was very central. the place was neat clean and in a great neighborhood Both Cam and Charlie helped us with anything we required. A couple of bulbs that fused out were replaced immediately.

The check in-check out, payments, deposits everything was smooth...there were no hidden surprises or charges and in fact they even returned a 20 pound damage deduction for a soaked doormat believing us when we said that we had not caused it.

We would highly recommend the property for a peaceful base in London

GREAT Location, GREAT holiday rental !!

Fantastic location for London holiday. Close to Russell Square Underground Station, St. Pancras Station, Kings Cross Station (and Platform 9-3/4), West End, British Museum. Coffee shop next door, bus stop less than a block. 2-bdrm, 2-bath flat excellent for family or 2 couples on vacation together. Property was clean, especially kitchen and bathrooms. Managers Cam and Adam extremely helpful. They arrived when they said they would. Wi-fi wasn't working when we arrived, but they immediately corrected that. Procedures and expectations for rental of flat were well-explained. Flat was well-represented on internet. Shopping center with movie, shopping, and most importantly, a big Waitrose grocery nearby (across street from Russell Sq Underground Station). Between bus and/or underground, easy access all over London. Kitchen/sitting area very nicely fitted out: microwave, stove, coffee maker, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher. Apartment-size washer/dryer, too. Dishes, flatware, pots/pans provided. Big-screen TV for those evenings you prefer to be in. 4 people showering in the morning, never ran out of hot water. Renting this flat, as opposed to being crowded into a hotel for 10 days was an EXCELLENT lodging choice for our London vacation. We were in London for 10 days. We were with another couple. Being in the flat gave us all room to spread out. Being in a hotel for 10 days would have been very cramped. Also, both couples would have rented a hotel room. The cost of sharing the 2-bdrm, 2-bath flat was about the same as one hotel room would have been. So we cut our cost IN HALF. Best thing however, was the WONDERFUL LOCATION and being able to spread out (versus a hotel room). Cam and Adam were GREAT to work with. HIGHLY recommend this property for any London vacationers.

No so good

A pity: the apartment is in a beautiful location, you can walk into the center, there are well-stocked supermarkets within walking distance. Unfortunately the apartment is unkempt, dirty and sloppy: mold on the walls, broken beds, broken supply, one old and ruined pan, no salad bowl.

It is impossible to pay by bank transfer: do not try this, the bank account has a problem, you will only lose time and money (that will not be returned).

grande delusione

Abbiamo prenotato una settimana 5 persone sottolineo pagando l'intero importo con un mese di anticipo arrivati l'appartamento non era conforme alle foto ed inoltre benchè avessimo chiesto una pulizia accurata pagando un supplemento le camere non erano pulite come pensavamo ed uno dei due bagni era paticamente inagibile causa soffitto pieno di umidità.

Abbiamo provato a trovare una soluzione con il proprietario ma dopo circa tre ore abbiamo deciso di andare via.

l'esperienza è stata davvero spiacevole fortuanatamente poco distante abbiamo trovato un albergo molto confortevole. Pessimo è fare un complimento
