The apartment consists of an entrance hall leading to a bedroom with twin beds. There is a separate toilet and a shower room. Next door is the main living area, comprising comfortable seating including a double sofabed, a dining table with seven chairs, and a kichen area. There is access to the balcony with seating. On the opposite side of the living room, well separated from the twin bedroom, a door leads to the master double (super king) bedroom which has its own en-suite bathroom including a shower over the bath.
The kitchen includes a hob, full oven and microwave oven as well as the normal cooking equipment.
Duvets are provided for all beds including the sofabed - 2 x double + 2 x single. Clean bed linen (sheets, duvet covers, 6 pillowcases) will be provided for all. Towels are provided for 6 persons - 1 bath towel, 1 hand towel each. 1 bath mat is provided for each bathroom. 1 tea towel is provided for the kitchen. Small 'starter kits' are provided for bathroom toiletries and kitchen cleaning. Preparation of the apartment and cleaning at the end of your stay are included in the rental price.
When we started renting the apartment ourselves, we modified the kitchen to make the worktops more useable. We also installed a new Samsung 40 inch HD TV with a subscription to Netflix, and our own dedicated broadband WiFi so the problems of sharing P&V's overcrowded WiFi are now history.

We have owned this apartment from new, but in common with most owners at Arc 1950 we leased it to P & V and we were restricted to skiing for only 2 weeks per year. Happily now since the winter season of 2016-17 our apartment has been available to rent for the whole 19 weeks, apart from the weeks when our friends and family were out in the Village enjoying the snow!
