About the property

Charming house fully equipped and furnished with garden with barbecue area and terrace, community pool and just 200 meters from the beach of l'Estartit, is rented throughout the year for days or weeks.

It consists of living room with sofa bed, dining table and chairs, flat screen TV and large fridge ...; fully equipped kitchen, where the washing machine is located; a first room with two single beds and another single folding bed; a second room with a double bed and a sofa camá; bathroom with tub and bidet.

Maximum capacity for 6 guests, although with additional character can accommodate up to 2 more guests (necessarily two children in a folding bed). Ideal to spend a few days of rest in the company of family or friends in the heart of the Costa Brava!

We highlight the so-called "summer kitchen", which is located inside the garden shed and is available from May to September. This summer kitchen is additional to the kitchen that is located inside the house.

The "summer kitchen" consists of a modern gas barbecue, a stove, refrigerator and additional kitchenware, allowing you to prepare any family meal on the terrace. A luxury available to our customers!

For customers who wish, we inform you that the use of the "summer kitchen" has a supplement of 50 euros per stay.


1) It is reminded that the standard schedules for check-in are between 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. and for check-outs from 8:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.

1. a) SUPPLEMENTS FOR CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT OUTSIDE OF THE SCHEDULES ESTABLISHED IN OUR ADVERTISEMENTS: customers who for any reason (arrival time of flights, etc.) arrive outside the established hours for check-in ( which are from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.), we will be forced to charge 10 euros for each half hour of waiting; the same surcharge will be applied to check-outs before 8:00 am (in this case, the surcharge will be 10 euros for each half hour in advance).

1. b) After 11:00 hours CHECK-OUTS ARE NOT ADMITTED; this is the deadline to leave the apartment.

2) With regard to the apartments that have air conditioning and heating, the meter reading will be taken when the check-in is made and again when checking out and as long as the consumption is reasonable, no supplement will be charged, but in exceptional cases in which an abusive consumption is detected, the corresponding amount will be charged.

3) Hand soap and toilet paper are included in our rates (within the laundry and cleaning fee concept); the apartment is delivered in perfect cleaning condition and therefore must be returned in the same conditions; otherwise, a supplement will be charged according to the state in which the house is located; sheets and towels are not included in the rate and if desired, must be hired separately (see specific supplements).

4) Supplement of bed linen: 7 euros per person and stay (includes 1 set of sheets and depending on the time of year also includes 1 blanket or comforter).

5) Towel supplement: 7 euros per person and stay (includes 1 hand towel and 1 bath towel per person).

6) Pets are accepted (up to 15 kg): in these cases a supplement of 30 euros per pet and stay is charged. For pets weighing more than 15 kg, it is necessary to consult prior to formalizing the reservation and the acceptance or not of said pets, as well as the amount of the supplement to be charged, will be decided on a case by case basis.

7) In the apartments with communal pool and other common leisure spaces, guests must accept and respect the rules of use of them in accordance with the provisions of the Community of Owners.

8) The amount of the tourist tax is not included in the rates published on this website and therefore the amount must be paid by the customer in cash when checking in at the apartment.

overpriced and shabby

upon arrival in l'estartit at 14.00 we tried to contact the owner,stated that they spoke several languages including English,did not. we waited with our 2 dogs in 28c heat until 17.15 when they finally turned up.stated in advert that linens provided but were charged for sheets , 3 hand towels and 1 bath towel that smelled so ended up using our dogs towels also in the extra charge was a dishwasher (which turned out to be a quarter bottle of washing up liquid??.many things stated in the advert were not there ie toaster iron and ironing board, ect tried to contact owner by text,email and phone for 3 days but we were abandoned with no replies.lovely shared pool that we could not use 90% of the time as the gates were locked and owner did not leave keys ,again tried to contact owner but to no avail. BBQ was unsafe to use as was propped up by 2 sticks.shower was only useable as hand held as the hose was not long enough to reach the wall mount.sink not fastened to wall unsafe.infested with mosquitos and ants due to lack of garden maintenance.disgusting non existent communication by the owner spoiled our holiday!!after looking at luxury properties with air con , fully equipped kitchens and no charges for linen and towels we realised we were grossly overcharged by the owner. + points beautiful town,beach and restaurants and the secure terrace for our dogs.

Owner's Response: Buenas tardes, yo soy la persona que le hizo la entrada y la entrega de llaves, por desgracia no Tengo el gusto de leer sus comentarios ya que no domino el idioma, pero si que me han comentado que no son muy buenos comentarios, y naturalmente yo también quiero dar mi versión, ya que....... no siempre el cliente tiene la razon......... Recuerdo que los Chech- ins son a partir de las 16 horas hastaa las 20 horas. """" Bueno pues estos señores a partir de las 14 horas ya empezaron a llamar para que los fueramos a buscar a un hotel de las afueras de la población ya que según ellos no sabiue venian en coche desde su pais ..... Nuestra misi,on no es recoger a los clientes donde a ellos les apetece, sino que facilitamos muy claramente la direccion de la vivienda, y la obligacion del huesped es llegar , Pues............NO, no paraba de llamar, insistiendo

lovely holidays in L'Estartit

The house is only 200 m from the beach. It has a lovely garden with an outdoor kitchen. We barbecued every night. The interior is basic however there is everything you need. There are two fridges (!), enough dishes and cutlery for four people. We always found a parking space right outside our front door and the kids enjoyed the swimming pool. The handover and handover back was really easy and Mr Lassia is a very nice and helpful man. We were very nervous about the negative rating however we had a brilliant time and we will came back :-)
