Villa with magnificent sea views in one of the quietest areas of the beach in Mazarrón. direct access to the promenade and very accessible to all necessary services. It has 2 floors: lower with two bedrooms in suit, and laundry; and superior with a bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and living room. All bedrooms with separate bathroom. There is a large terrace and garden. Parking for 2 cars.

Beautifully located property with lovely views of the beach and the nearby island and coast.

I stayed in this house during an unusually bad period of winter weather for this part of Spain but the strong winds and high seas added interest given the wide views of the coast available from both within the main living area and from the terrace.

I enjoyed being able to hear the sea but it was also easy to shut it out with the high quality shutters and double glazed windows.

Everything was beautifully clean and I was made most welcome by the owner who met me on arrival and who was always ready to help me with anything I needed during my extended stay of eight weeks.

All the rooms in the house are of a good size and are arranged in such a way as to make sharing with family and friends comfortable with a high degree of privacy rarely found in holiday properties.

Despite being right on the seafront, the property was very secure with lockable gates at front and back, private parking within the curtilage as well as a large garage and store.

The two downstairs bedrooms have good ensuite shower,toilet and bidet all in good, clean condition and excellent working order. The bedroom on the upper floor has a separate bathroom with bath, shower toilet and bidet and was also in good working condition.

The laundry room on the lower floor, together with the adjacent fully equipped indoor, yet well ventilated drying area ( honeycombed wall) was a great asset which I found really useful.

I really enjoyed staying by the sea, being able to walk or cycle along the promenade and would love to go back again. Whilst there were only a limited number of bars and restaurants and shops nearby in February and early March, others were opening towards the end of March and there were others in the vicinity that will be available during the normal holiday season.

Puerto deMazarron has an excellent range of shops and bars accessible by car or bus and there are also good facilities nearby in Bolnuevo, a small village along the coast in the opposite direction.
