FENICIA Relais - Scoglitti

This is a single villa with two independent apartments located respectively on the ground floor and first floor. The villa is located 150 meters away. from the sea it is equipped with all comforts for a relaxing holiday in a welcoming and familiar environment. Each apartment has two bedrooms and a central bathroom, kitchen, living room and garden for the first floor while two verandas for the first floor. We also recommend using it all year round, given the mild and pleasant climate.
The beach is free, access is free allowing complete relaxation without commitments in every respect.
The property is located 20 minutes from Montalbano beach, 30 minutes from Marina di Ragusa and about an hour from Noto and Siracusa.
Easily accessible from Comiso airport, road connections are possible both along the Catania - Gela and the Ragusa - Catania, in both cases taking the Provincial road to Scoglitti.
