Wooden bungalow and fenced at the end of a dead end. Peaceful place.
Located in SAINT PIERRE D'OLERON, in the heart of the island, 5 min walk from the town center, the market, many shops and restaurants.
Aerodrome at 2. 7km
Possibility to park 2 vehicles. Beach accessible by bike and car at 5km

Large living room
An open fitted kitchen (fridge-freezer, extractor hood, hob, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, children's high chair)
A living room with a sofa, two armchairs and a television with home cinema and DVD / blu ray player.
A bathroom with a shower and a sink as well as a closet.
Washing machine in the cellar with drying rack inside and washing line outside.
Baby equipment is also available (high chair, changing table, potty, travel cot with mattress, bathtub)
3 bedrooms with new bedding:
 - 1 160 cm bed
- 1 140 cm bed
- 2 beds of 90 cm (possibility of bringing them together to make a double bed)
Wooden terrace equipped with a garden table with chairs for 8 people, barbecue and parasol as well as 4 sun loungers.

Towels and sheets are not provided.


Our animal friends are not accepted.
The house is rented from Saturday to Saturday.

Das Haus ist praktisch und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Sehr ruhige und doch zentrale Lage. Hervorheben möchte ich die vorbildliche und herzliche Betreuung durch Christian, den Hausverwalter.

... Haus,...Super Lage, Super Ausstattung, Super Kommunikation! Wir sind absolut begeistert gewesen von dem Haus, der Lage, der Ausstattung und der Kommunikation mit den Eigentümern bzw. dem ortsansässigen Verwalter! Das Haus entspricht absolut der Beschreibung, es ist sehr umfassend ausgestattet (wer hatte schon sonst vorher in einem Ferienhaus eine Salatschleuder oder eine Stabmixer??) und vor allem sehr hochwertig ausgestattet. Man fühlt sich vom ersten Moment an zuhause, will sagen sehr wohl und heimelig. Das Haus ist absolut ruhig in einer von der Straße über einen kurzen Kiesweg erreichbaren Sackgasse gelegen. Wir konnten wunderbar schlafen und uns auf der Terrasse und Garten gut aufhalten. Der Kontakt zu Lise verlief reibungslos, schnell, sehr ausführlich und herzlich. Ebenso der Kontakt zu dem Ansprechpartner Christian vor Ort, der für uns jederzeit erreichbar war, mit Rat und Tat zur Seite stand und uns sogar das professionelle Austernöffnen beibrachte, so dass wir den Austernreichtum der Insel auch privat (mehrere Austernöffner sind im Haus übrigens auch vorhanden...) und nicht nur im Lokal sehr oft und gerne genießen konnten. Alles in alles ist das Haus den Preis auf jeden Fall wert, nicht nur von Ausstattung und Hochwertigkeit her, sondern vor allem auch wegen die professionelle Betreuung. Wir sagen herzlichen Dank für zwei wirklich sehr erholsame Wochen und empfehlen das Schmuckstück uneingeschränkt.
