Three bedroom apartment located in the heart of Santa Cruz quarter. All rooms have french windows with julienne balconies facing the courtyard of the house - allowing plenty of light and making it a quiet place to stay.

Living area with a sofa, extendable dining table and 6 chairs. The kitchen is well equipped with utensils and appliances for self-catering.

There are 3 bedrooms for six guests. One twin bedroom and two double bedrooms. All rooms have a wardrobe for storing your belongings.

There are two full bathrooms (one with a walk-in shower and other with a small bathtub).

Other features: high speed fiber optic internet connection (100 Mbps) and central air-conditioning with cooling and heating.

The apartment enjoys a wonderful central location within Seville's old quarter, close to the main sights and monuments: Cathedral and La Giralda, Alcázar Royal Palace and Archive of the Indies.

Great location for seeing the city, bars and restaurants close by. Would stay in apartment again.

Superb location, but needs a touch up in a few areas
Overall I would recommend this accommodation. The location is outstanding, its very comfortable and there is no noise from outside the apartment block. Downsides: - There is mold in some places in the bathrooms and discoloration around kitchen window, plus some of the pans could do with being replaced. - There is noise from neighbours within the apartment block, so for example can hear people talking and tv. - Water didn't stay hot for long, so couldn't run a bath for example.

Worth a five star review!
This apartment was just as it looks in the photos, very clean and comfortable, and straightforward check-in process. Can definitely recommend, we were 5 adults and there was certainly enough space for us all, plus 2 bathrooms was a definite bonus. If you decide to cook, the kitchen has everything you could need. Excellent location, just a few minutes walk from the Cathedral and also near bus stops. We went to Cordoba for the day and Santa Justa station was an easy 15 minute walk away. We would definitely stay in this apartment again.

Lovely little haven in the old town
This apartment was so close to the Cathedral and central to other attractions. It was really well equipped and furnished beautifully. The complex was attractive and very secure yet surrounded by restaurants and bars right on the doorstep. Once within the apartment it was really quiet especially at night and the aircon was very effective. The only negative would be the size of the living/dining area if 6 people were staying as it was really small. However, there were only two of us so not a problem. Wouldn’t hesitate to rebook if I come to Seville again.
