It is situated on the old (upper) road from Magazia to Gaios so is easily accessible without negotiating bumpy tracks. The villa is within walking distance of 3-4 local bars/tavernas and, being centrally located on the island, is under 10 minutes' drive to the three coastal villages of Gaios, Loggos and Lakka. Surrounded by extensive terraces to either sit and soak up the sun, enjoy a meal from the barbecue under a shady tree or a drink on starlit evening, Villa Rosemary makes the most of every opportunity for outdoor living. The infinity pool is 8m x 5m and offers a great alternative to a day at the beach. The interior of the villa comprises a large open plan living, dining and well equipped kitchen area with three sets of patio doors leading out onto the upper terrace.
